He was extremely service oriented, efficient and mindful of our time. After helping us select the product we wanted, he very carefully addressed measurements for the inside cabinet install. The installation worked out beautifully and once again we were very pleased with the competency and courteous manner of the install team.”
“Thanks to Chris our refrigerator now works again. We called on Friday morning and it was repaired by Friday afternoon. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. The woman who scheduled our appointment was also very helpful and sensitive to our very tight schedule. They should be rebranded to CHARM CITY APPLIANCE EXPERTS.”

“We visited this store on 10/22/2023. It was the most pleasurable experience that i have encountered. MARLAYA was spectacular. She was very helpful and friendly. The level of professionalism that she displayed was simply amazing. I would highly recommend a promotion/raise for her. Anneliese (Supervisor) was very appreciative of my comments to her about MARLAYA. When leaving, SEMIRA was very helpful as well when she initially assisted us with MARLAYA. We were elated when we reached the cash register to check out where we encountered TYNEARA. She was very kind as well. The Super Customer Service that was given to us should be awarded due to the fact that it is very rare to find such a service. I would highly recommend this location in Randallstown, Maryland to all of my friends and family.”

“So I just left Home Depot and we had, hands down, the best customer experience I have ever had! I had to stop and take the time out to recognize Dre (spelling?). We were walking around trying to find weather proofing for my son. He was so upbeat, positive, and greeted us with a smile and asked how he can help us! He was super knowledgeable and helpful knew exactly what would help us with our weatherproofing issue. He did it with a smile and you could tell he enjoyed his job of being helpful and cared. This is SO RARE today and he should be recognized for his outstanding, seamless, and amazing customer service. He provided one stop customer service at a very busy time of the year and on a very busy Saturday. He took the time and didn't rush. Again, all the while with his positive upbeat, energy, and smile and willingness to actually really help!!! After we had all of the things we needed to solve our issue, he said is there anything else I can help you with, now who does that nowadays! It was so refreshing!!! He should be modeled throughout the store. I have management experience and I would promote him and do what it takes to retain him as a star employee! Also, while he was helping us other customers stopped and thanked him again for another time that he helped them!! Obviously another amazing customer experience by Dre. THANK YOU Dre, keep being amazing and thanks so much for your help!”

“I was so delighted to had met Julian S at the paint department at the Home Depot - Owings Mills, MD. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the various types, qualities and finishings of interior paints. He certainly made it easier as it was my first experience buying paint and I was feeling intimidated not knowing how to choose. Julian answered all the questions a rookie could have and he also helped me understand a balance color scheme.I left happy with my buckets of the top of the line BEHR Dynasty One Coat Satin paints. “This Best Buy is awesome! I was just here today and my experience started out not so great. I waited in line for about 30 minutes and no one was coming over to help. But once someone did come over it was awesome. I don’t know his name but he was exceptional, he apologized for the wait and was very polite and had a great attitude. He thanked me for giving them business and overall was just awesome. Then the gentleman at the door was also very polite. This will be my go to Best Buy from now on.”

“These guys are the best! I brought a Dyson DC15 into them that would not power on. It turns out the power cord was bad which they replaced. It had another weird issue where the beater brush would not engage when the power button was depressed. Guy who is the owner figured out that one of the power switches that controls the brushes was wrong. The Dyson schematic for this had the wrong part number listed. He replaced that switch with a momentary switch and now the vacuum works perfect. They are very fair with their pricing and they stand behind their work. They also explain things to you first before doing any repairs. Highly recommend them.”
