He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the various types, qualities and finishings of interior paints. He certainly made it easier as it was my first experience buying paint and I was feeling intimidated not knowing how to choose. Julian answered all the questions a rookie could have and he also helped me understand a balance color scheme.I left happy with my buckets of the top of the line BEHR Dynasty One Coat Satin paints. “Couldn't be happier with Robert and his team. This was my third attempt over the last 4 years to purchase appliances (we thought we were going to to a kitchen renovation but it never happened). Each time I worked with Harpers on pricing and they were the most competitively priced. However, what stands out to me the most is their service. They were so patient and kind with each interaction. Never once did they come across as pushy. In fact, they did not rush the process and took the time to explain features and benefits and answered at least 100 questions. We are expecting a baby this Spring and we have so many tasks and projects we are trying to knock out. I thought appliance shopping would be stressful, but this was the complete opposite of stressful. Most of the interactions for this purchase (made today) were done via email and there must have been 2 dozen exchanges. They were fast and prompt with responding. We thought we only wanted to replace one oven but ended up going with a single wall oven, a wall oven/microwave combo, downdraft, and a dishwasher. They have our business for life. Thanks Robert & Team, we greatly appreciate how easy you made this for us.”

“Candy store for those looking to remodel a kitchen or bathroom. Paul is very good at visualizing what you want and then producing a 3-D rendering of that design. They have all of the materials in house to let you pick your finishes. I could have spent all day in there without being tired or bored. Would definitely recommend Paul and his team for bathroom/ kitchen upgrades.”

“Just left the Rolling Road location. And they were open. They will be open tomorrow and every Monday- Thursday 9a-1p until they are fully staffed and then they will offer more hours. These hours are temporary. The calls go to a call center but those are the hours that someone is in the shop until further notice.”

He was extremely service oriented, efficient and mindful of our time. After helping us select the product we wanted, he very carefully addressed measurements for the inside cabinet install. The installation worked out beautifully and once again we were very pleased with the competency and courteous manner of the install team.”

The level of professionalism that she displayed was simply amazing. I would highly recommend a promotion/raise for her. Anneliese (Supervisor) was very appreciative of my comments to her about MARLAYA. When leaving, SEMIRA was very helpful as well when she initially assisted us with MARLAYA. We were elated when we reached the cash register to check out where we encountered TYNEARA. She was very kind as well. The Super Customer Service that was given to us should be awarded due to the fact that it is very rare to find such a service. I would highly recommend this location in Randallstown, Maryland to all of my friends and family.”

“Excellent experience at Trible's. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help me locate parts. Both times I had to visit the part was not available in the Baltimore store and needed to be picked up from upper marlboro. Both times they offered to have it shipped to the store for free but unfortunately I needed parts then and there so I made the drive down to Upper Marlboro each time. But your employee Tyler really goes above and beyond. It's been a pleasure having him assist. He really knows how to take customer service to the next level. I highly recommend this location.”

“I have purchased 3 refrigerators 2 stoves 2 washing machine dryer sets and 4 mattresses from AAA Appliance. I have also had this company do repairs on items I did not purchase from them. I have no complaints. Sure there were times that one of the items malfunctioned but I also realize that I am not buying brand new appliances so its to be expected. What I did appreciate is the prompt service that was given to immediate (at no additional cost) fix the issue. Which in my case was a minor problem with the oven of one of my stove. I will continue to use this company as I have for over 6 years.”

“I recently left a bad 1 star review because this arrons sucked, but then they hired a new sales manager named Meka who's been helping me. I'm telling all yall who has had bad experiences, go to her. She is going to turn the reputation of this store around, mark my words! She has been so helpful, kind, and most importantly honest! The last team had me paying on an arcade game that's not gonna even be there any time in the foreseeable future! She immediately refunded my money and I'd helping me get something I actually want. Under her leadership, this store is about to change! I'd bet money on it!”

“I am a contractor and own two older vans that needed a paint job. I called around and got quotes in the thousands of dollars range. I decided i wanted to save money and paint my vans myself so looked online for spray paint and found this home depot close to my house that had a lot of inventory. This store also had all the tools i needed such as sandpaper, plastic sheets, etc. I just finished painting my vans and i am more than satisfied with my diy job. The man working at the paint isle also helped direct me to what i needed. Thanks home depot”

“Leon was absolutely amazing at helping me find everything I need. I had a long list of items and he patiently helped me to locate and acquire many of them. Some of the other staff members I asked for assistance just pointed me in the direction of the items or told me which aisle to check in, but Leon walked me right to them. He was very polite, very patient, and very kind. I really appreciated his assistance. This is not a five star review because of some of the issues I had at check out. I was buying a step ladder and there was a difference in the price. The description on the price tag on the rack seemed to correspond with my item, but not the sku number... which would mean that I would ultimately be paying more for the item. The cashier called over the head cashier, who told me the sku was not the same on the item as it was on the price tag (which I took a photo of for reference). I told her that the description matched the item but she would not change the price. I asked to speak to the manager, who tried to treat me like I couldn't read. I explained the situation to her and tried to show her a picture of the price tag on the rack (which was located only inches from the ground) so she wouldn't have to bend all the way down there to read the tiny numbers. Instead, she rudely waved my phone away with her hand and said "We don't accept pictures here." Uh-huh. So we schlep back there and I tell her the same thing I just told her about the item description and pointed it out to her so she could see for herself, and she miraculouy came to the same conclusion I did... as if I hadn't just told her this morning moments earlier. This wasn't verification; she just blatantly had not been listening to me. Long story short, I ended up getting the price reduction that was owed to me. It's just a shame I had to go through half the damn staff to get it.”

“This 5 star review is strictly ONLY for the garden department. The rest of this store needs a lot of improvement. There is a wonderful selection of flowers, plants and products for the gardener. Any time I have gone and need to find something or needed information on plants Jackie always seems to be there and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend visiting the garden department. The cashiers are always very pleasant as well. I personally appreciate all the hard work and beautiful displays of the flowers!”
