Just left the Rolling Road location. And they were open. They will be open tomorrow and every Monday- Thursday 9a-1p until they are fully staffed and then they will offer more hours. These hours are temporary. The calls go to a call center but those are the hours that someone is in the shop until further notice.

Was here this morning and Malik Greene was incredibly helpful and took care of 2 issues I’m having with 2 of my vacuums. Very good customer service . Thank you !

Took our Dyson in after a piece had broken, Floyd or Lloyd (can’t remember which sorry) was amazing, despite being busy he quickly helped everyone and fixed our issue and we’re back to working. Love Dyson products
