Decided to stop in at the actual store and see if anything could be done, and Chris knew the solution and had it fixed within 5 minutes. Amazing what some in depth knowledge can provide. “David was amazing on Friday (7/18/25) when I needed help with my phone. It was jammed up with ads so frequent that I couldn't even make a phone call!
He knew just how to fix it and was done in less than 15 minutes. He was super nice about it too. I tend to feel that all technical problems are my fault. He kindly explained some of the big picture and let me know that I didn't break it!
I left the store with a phone working like new and a lot less guilt about my role in the problem. It was great to have his help! (If he tires of retail work someday, he would be great as a therapist!)”
