“If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Jeremy is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough - he REALLY knows what he is talking about. I had a cracked lens on my iPhone 13 and my 3 year old broke a headphone into her iPad port. He fixed them both within 2 hours and his price was very reasonable. I know if I took it to a box box store they would have told me to replace it. Jeremy saved me thousands and was kind, patient, and thorough while doing it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will send anyone here with any electronic repair need.”

“When we went in today Zach was the only person who was there and patiently waited on an older gentleman who had issues with his bill. Despite waiting about 20 mins no one else came out to help us and Zach immediately aksed if he could help us. 2 customers came in and lingered and left waiting on service, but finally someone else came out to assist after we were there about 40 mins. Zach was awesome. Hooked us up with a pair of new phones and because of all the math he did was able to figure out it was worth it for my wife to get the S24 Ultra when we were going to just get the S24+. He was very knowledgeable and got all our data transfered. He never was impatient even though it took quite awhile.”

“I get my prescriptions at the Hagerstown Sams Club Pharmacy and have been for years. They have always met me with a smile or understanding because they know I come to pick up quite a lot of prescriptions. I also travel 40-45 minutes to go to this particular Sams because they are familiar with my health issues and have even alerted the doctor when a new Rx contains something I cannot take and have saved my life "literally " a couple of times . So you see even though I moved closer to another Sams Club I will continue to go to the Sams that is familiar with me. I call ahead of time so they have a few hours to get my prescriptions ready. When I call I'm always greeted with a positive and sharp person with a wonderful attitude that's always willing to help. I will always go to This Sams Club ..Pharmacy!! And while I'm there I Always take advantage of the other things Sams has to offer! The clothes, the laundry soap, groceries, gardening, and better believe it they always have the best gas prices!! This is one happy Prime member! Just FYI: They wear mask at this Sams and require all customers to wear them as well. I've had my temp taken at the door. They have hand sanitizer posted throughout the store for customers to use.and, they encourage social distancing throughout the store to make certain customers feel safe.”
