“I had an AH-MAZ-ING experience at the Pasadena ATT location recently. Devon, the representative who assisted me, was very professional, friendly, and helped me transfer my service from Verizon. I was experiencing terrible service in Severna Park, and he was able to help me save over $200 on my new service and get a brand-new iPhone 15 Pro Max (FOR FREE!) in just an hour. The service was incredibly speedy and efficient, and I am very happy with the outcome.”

Truly nothing short of Greatness. She ensured that she would be able to give us a better deal than we currently had a T-Mobile and she did NOT disappoint. Unfortunately T-Mobile did not offer any specials for First Responders and/or Teachers, but AT&T did. We transferred 4 lines over, received new phones, and a better plan AND saved money. “I went to this Verizon store today because I could not make it work while trying to switch from physical SIM to eSIM myself for two days. There was a short wait, then Israr fixed the problem and completed the switch for me patiently. He said I should have gone to the store for this kind of change. I don’t think it was too difficult for him to fix it. But it was a big relief for me. Now I can use one SIM domestically, the other for foreign travels. Very happy!”

“A huge THANK YOU to Tyzaya for the FABULOUS service today. Truly! After spending an eternity on the phone with 611 customer service, I was instructed to go to a store to complete my request. I arrived at this store today with documents in hand and after being greeted by several representatives (thank you!), I was initially told that they could not complete that service onsite. I was told that it was something that corporate did NOT allow them to do onsite. I would have to call the 611 customer service number...again! I was despondent. Thankfully Tyzaya asked me to take a seat so she could assist me with the issue. She was with me every step of the way and was so understanding. After 45+ combined minutes on hold, waiting, talking with different representatives on multiple phones, she finally helped me get my issue resolved. Can't believe it is finally DONE after all of the back and forth with the AT&T customer service line. THANK YOU Tyzaya and team!!!! Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this location. Fabulous!!!”

“My husband and I were ready to upgrade our outdated phones but still had a lot of questions and weren't ready for a higher bill. We walked in the store on a Thursday evening and talked to Thomas and Amon for about an hour. They let us ask every question under the sun with great patience and kindness. When we needed to think it over, they gave us their card and said they'd be happy to help us when we made our decision. We never once felt forced or pushed one way or another. We took 3 days to think it over and decided to upgrade to the s23+ and when we came back Thomas greeted us with the same care as before. They even reviewed our plans to figure out if the plans were best serving our needs. I could not recomend them more. Thank you again Thomas and Amon!!”

“Accomplished everything I hoped to take care of in a single 20-minute visit. Replaced my phone since the old LG Fotune was not holding a charge (almost 3 years old, battery replaced once). Not thrilled about the upcharge for a comparable Samsung Galaxy Halo, but it's the cost of doing business. Considering their current wireless and data plan of four lines at a flat $100/month (phones possibly included), I didn't mind paying for the new phone, which has been PERFECT. Everything transferred, tips pop up to help with learning the new features. Only complaint is lack of notification tones--Cricket's built-in notification tones are all nerve-wracking. New phone doesn't have function to choose a custom notification sound.”

“To the guy who said the store looked closed maybe you caught them on a bad day. Kaenen took care of me and my wife. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. He even handled multiple groups of people coming in the door, answering questions quickly, if could be, and having them wait if could not. I was impressed by the Customer Service. After 30+ years in the service industry it feels good to have someone actually take care of you. Thanks man.”
