Chris took great care of me! Tried to upgrade to a 15 Pro Max online, and spent 2 hours getting passed around and didn’t get the phone. I came into the store, and got the upgrade ordered within 15 minutes!!!

This location is so great, I always try to make it over here even though I live in Baltimore. Today I just needed a screen protector, Ingrid took her time a put it on my phone to perfection. Love this place
