“Thank you very much for inviting us to provide the feedback information on the services we have received at the Kohl’s store located at Ellicott City, MD 21043.We, Jinyu Ning (wife) and Guangming Zhang (husband) have been loyal customers with the Kohl’s for many years. This store located in Ellicott City, MD 21043 is of the best stores. All the staff members work hard for the customers and provide the customers with excellent service.It is the Holiday Season. We went to this store for our holiday shopping on 10-13-2023. It was our second trip to Kohl’s. Our plan was to prepare three packages of Christmas gifts for our children and grand-children. We were so happy that most of the items listed on the three (3) Gift lists were available on this Kohl’s store. There was a long queue in the payment area. We were patiently waiting for calling. We were so happy that Ms. Alberto, a female staff, helped us. As we had three (3) shopping carts, Ms. Alberto was very kind with us while checking each item. She worked really hard because the total number of the items we had purchased was close to 30. When we showed her the coupon on our cell phone, she performed the discounts accurately to make sure we were happy with what we had bought because we paid the prices as we expected. We thank Ms. Alberto very, very much!We also thank the management people in this Kohl’s store. “i go here because i live very close to it. Parking is always available and the store is very clean. They have a wide selection of meat, fruit, and vegetables and refrigerated foods. My only negative are the slow lines when the store is busy. Sometimes the self checkout line is so long i walk out and come another time. Other than that all this walmart needs is a auto care center for tires and such.”

“It's a Walmart guys...so don't expect an overly fancy experience. But that being said, it's one of the few Walmart's that seems to carry organic produce so it's our choice grocery store for the area”

“I was pleasantly surprised with my trip to Walmart today. Every grocery store is out of meat, I guess people are nervous about another shutdown. But this location's meat section was basically fully stocked. They even had meats that regular grocery stores do not carry. Lamb, bison, swordfish anything you can think of, they had it. This location was busy, which is expected for this time of the year. Carts were few and far in between and I know that the capacity is well over 25%, but I guess you really can't control that time of thing during this time of year. I am not even sure if big box stores are required to follow the capacity rules. I just say, this is by far my favorite Walmart and now that I see their meat selection is pretty expansive, I will be coming here more often! Mask up and be safe!”

“Considering there was another pending snow storm coming and the store was crazy crowded my wait wasn't to long. When I arrived I almost turned around because the lines were stretching down the aisles in all directions. There were so many people, but by the time I got all of my items they must have opened up more lanes because the lines were considerably shorter and my wait was only about five minutes. Kudos for this Target being well stocked and the quick service.”

“I came into target to pick up a few things for my kids lunch the other day and I had the nicest cashier ! I was putting up everything to get rung up and my girls were running around a bit (you know how kids are these days ). He gave each of them stickers and was just overall very sweet! I think you guys need more cashiers like that! I think their name was Spencer or spence or something! She was pretty great though I'll tell ya that !”
