“A huge THANK YOU to Tyzaya for the FABULOUS service today. Truly! After spending an eternity on the phone with 611 customer service, I was instructed to go to a store to complete my request. I arrived at this store today with documents in hand and after being greeted by several representatives (thank you!), I was initially told that they could not complete that service onsite. I was told that it was something that corporate did NOT allow them to do onsite. I would have to call the 611 customer service number...again! I was despondent. Thankfully Tyzaya asked me to take a seat so she could assist me with the issue. She was with me every step of the way and was so understanding. After 45+ combined minutes on hold, waiting, talking with different representatives on multiple phones, she finally helped me get my issue resolved. Can't believe it is finally DONE after all of the back and forth with the AT&T customer service line. THANK YOU Tyzaya and team!!!! Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this location. Fabulous!!!”

She helped my husband choose a new phone and even went above and beyond and assisted me with another issue I had with our account. Getting a new phone can sometimes be a long and stressful process, but Katherine made it very seamless and enjoyable. She thoroughly explains everything we would see on our next bill and make sure we were getting the best deal possible.

“My phone has been acting up for the past couple of weeks the screen will go blank I'd have to continually put the charger in the phone take it out in order to see the screen my service provider at wirelessvision was my answer to getting all this corrected they are truly honest and real good at their job he could have told me I needed a new phone but instead he was honest and told me it needed a cleaning inside he did that gave me the phone and I said Thank you and he walked away he didn't even charge me 5 cents what a great person what a great company check it out you'll stick with them”

“I bought a used drone from them on Amazon, it cost nearly $800. I decided to read the reviews on them after I bought it. When I tell you, I was REAL nervous about receiving it mainly because of all the bad reviews saying it’s a scam. I’ve never bought anything but the drone from them. It arrived perfect and in great condition. Everything was packaged up nicely. The battery was even charged so I could do a test flight! I could barely see any scratches on the drone. There’s no errors or anything when I fly it. I’d say it’s in “Like new” condition. it was listed as “good” Overall, I’m still not sure about the reviews. But from my perspective about them currently. I like them.Edit: I remembered to edit this a month later, drone is still perfect. I didn’t have any problems with it. No defects. I did have trouble finding the serial number so I could register it with the FAA. Since it didn’t come with the original packaging. But there was other ways to find it, it was inside the battery compartment. So it is registered. But that isn’t their fault. Still 10/10.”
