“I own a 2015 BMW M4. My vehicle was slightly leaking oil due to a faulty valve cover. After getting two extraordinary high quotes from two different BMW dealerships ($1K difference between the two, not sure how that’s possible!). I decided to take my vehicle to MB Automotive Service.I was given a thorough explanation of the problem and I was physically shown where the problem was and what needed to be fix.I was given a honest and fair price quote much much cheaper than the lowest of the two BMW. dealerships. My vehicle was fixed in a timely and professional manner with no problems in the last 45 days since serviced. Also, they shared some BMW vehicle do’s and don’t to keep the vehicle running smoothly.Since my vehicle has been fixed, I returned to get a brake flush that was needed and I will be returning for any brake/fix items or scheduled service maintenance. “Efficient, honest, well run establishment! I found Boteler Automotive on Yelp after all the warning lights on my 2018 Honda CRV's dash started cycling like a Christmas display in Times Square. I prayed and took it to the dealership and the diagnostic report relayed that I basically needed an engine transplant. Well, I'm going through a lot and it's a miracle that I've been able to maintain this vehicle, I'm being held together by God's grace and Scotch tape. I called and spoke to Ray and he said to bring it down. After confirming some suspicions, he and "Mac Dadddy" Lindsay came up with a solid treatment plan to hopefully resolve the issue. If I have to move forward with the repairs, I trust that Boteler Automotive will do right by me. I thank God for blessing me with wisdom and guidance. In Golden Gears, I have found an excellent repair shop that focuses as much on maintenance as it does on executing repairs. This is critical because the repair shop I had been going to was strictly focused on repairs, but not on maintaining the vehicle. During my first visit to Golden Gears, they recommended replacing the brake fluid, something the previous repair shop never recommended. Finally, Golden Gears is scrupulously honest and only recommends repairs and maintenance that are essential. This is a trustworthy mechanic that doesn't run up the bill, and that is a rare quality in the auto repair business!”

“I have been to several Porsche dealerships/service centers over the years, but Porsche Silver Springs by far stands out like night and day compared to the rest of them. The standard of customer service and professionalism is on another level. The attention to detail, attentiveness, and desire to ensure the customer stays informed they provide is unlike any experience I have had at any dealership period. The staff is highly knowledgeable, relaxed, methodical and process oriented to ensure that nothing is overlooked, and everything is extremely well documented and presented in an organized way. For example, I have a Macan that was experiencing some drive-train issues that no other Porsche dealership could figure out and spent months frustrated and irritated that dealerships kept giving up on trying to find a solution. I had the transfer case replaced and even the entire PDK replaced at the recommendation of another dealership (under warranty thankfully), but those turned out to be misdiagnosis' and although I am happy to have almost a brand new car for free, I was about ready to give up on the thing. I figured though that I would give it one last try and brought it to Porsche Silver Springs and worked with Kofi and Christian. They pinpointed the issue as a faulty cam position sensor (probably a $150 part) causing the engine to misfire within 1 day and had my Macan running like new. They took videos throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved and that all the issue replication conditions were extensively tested following repair. This is the level of service you expect when you own a Porsche and I'm not taking my cars to anyone else but to them in the future. I greatly appreciate this dealership for their commitment to customer service and fulfilling on the Porsche standard and I hope others see this review and give them a shot if they need service or repairs because they are incredible people to work with.”
