“I have been to several Porsche dealerships/service centers over the years, but Porsche Silver Springs by far stands out like night and day compared to the rest of them. The standard of customer service and professionalism is on another level. The attention to detail, attentiveness, and desire to ensure the customer stays informed they provide is unlike any experience I have had at any dealership period. The staff is highly knowledgeable, relaxed, methodical and process oriented to ensure that nothing is overlooked, and everything is extremely well documented and presented in an organized way. For example, I have a Macan that was experiencing some drive-train issues that no other Porsche dealership could figure out and spent months frustrated and irritated that dealerships kept giving up on trying to find a solution. I had the transfer case replaced and even the entire PDK replaced at the recommendation of another dealership (under warranty thankfully), but those turned out to be misdiagnosis' and although I am happy to have almost a brand new car for free, I was about ready to give up on the thing. I figured though that I would give it one last try and brought it to Porsche Silver Springs and worked with Kofi and Christian. They pinpointed the issue as a faulty cam position sensor (probably a $150 part) causing the engine to misfire within 1 day and had my Macan running like new. They took videos throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved and that all the issue replication conditions were extensively tested following repair. This is the level of service you expect when you own a Porsche and I'm not taking my cars to anyone else but to them in the future. I greatly appreciate this dealership for their commitment to customer service and fulfilling on the Porsche standard and I hope others see this review and give them a shot if they need service or repairs because they are incredible people to work with.”

“Satellite is the best. They've kept our cars on the road for more than 40 years. The reason we drive Toyotas is because back then, that was all they serviced. Now they service all rice burners. Why are they so good? Skill & integrity. They know their stuff and are careful to make sure that all systems are in peak condition. This most recent visit they discovered a couple of incipient problems we didn't know about & fixed them. Over 40 years, occasionally stuff has happened, and they've always treated me right. No one's doing wall jobs at Satellite & no one's saying "Oopsies!" & putting on the road a vehicle they've accidentally damaged. Great service at a great price. I'll never go any where else.”

Was trying to schedule last-minute before a DMV appointment to title and register our car and Takoma OldTown Auto Service Center not only fit us in for the inspection, they did the minor repairs needed to satisfy the inspection quickly and fairly--in time for our DMV appointment. They even removed a charge from the estimate when it was easier than expected. This shop will be our go-to for as long as we live in the area. “They've maintained our Corollas for several years, and we've been happy with them. Especially when we had to take our cars in during COVID - they had glass and masks. They also allow for after-hours drop off, which is very convenient for those of us who work well past 5 PM. The online estimates make things very convenient, but they never try to push service on us, while explaning when stuff really does need service. The downside is you have to call them to make an appointment...lately my husband and I have not gotten confirmations from that, but aside from that, they are communicative when you do need repairs.”

I found Four Corner Auto Care on Yelp and found five-star service. I went just for an oil change, but Brian won me over with their responsiveness and reasonable prices. From the moment I drove into the garage, I could tell these were good people who were going to take honest care of my car. Like the reviewer before me - I'll definitely echo the great value, straightforward explanation and pricing. I look forward to going back to them in the near future. The waiting room is not exactly the prettiest, so that's probably the only area I would ding but I'll happily take that for giving my business to good people.
