He recommended their summer maintenance package which checked more than just the brakes, but was still less expensive than if I’d taken it to a chain oil change place. “I have an older car, so I have to bring it in every so often for repairs. The office staff is always very professional and helpful. While I wait I have great conversations and interaction with them. They talk to the mechanic in front of me to let him know the issue which turned out to be a screw in a tire on this last visit. I also asked the mechanic to look into a rattling noise. The mechanic listened to me and even thanked me for providing more information from my last visit to help identify the problem. He showed me and explained the problem with the car in language I could understand. When he was done he asked me to bring the car back if I still had an issue. Their follow up calls and actions have always been just outstanding. Even checkout was a great experience on this visit and the price was incredible. While visiting the mechanic can be painful and stressful, I’m always happy to visit Exxon.”

I went Saturday morning and my brake pads, rotors, oil, and tires needed to be replaced. Brian and Kevin explained everything in detail. They were honest and very helpful. “Gas was only $3.17 per gallon. They had nice clean bathrooms open to the public.Their competitor next door did not allow the public to use the bathrooms. Not a good practice due to time people spend on the roads, in traffic most of the time. I find it to be a horrible way to conduct business with a traveling, aging, parenting, medically challenged public.”

“I have used Fairland for 20 years,they are honest and fair. Their mechanics are very skilled and will do their best to get you serviced. After having friends tell me everything from stripped drain plugs ,forgot to put in oil, wrong filter which was starving the engine for oil ,not changing the filter at all,using regular oil and charging for synthetic, even taking the fork bolt out instead of the drain bolt on a manual trans Camaro which caused it to skid to a halt one quarter of a mile from the service center"he had to take them to small claims court to get the repair paid for, you can keep your 30.00 oil change. You can keep your repairs performed by people who pay more attention to their phones than you car. I own a business which my vans are critical to stay on schedule. They have bent over backwards to get the parts and get me back on the road.I don't want the cheapest ,I want the best. I also like the consideration I get as a regular customer.What say you?”

Parking lot is big with plenty of space. The giant is next to smaller store such as subway and more. There is a lottery machine that is self use. The customer service area is always has long line due to only 1 person working back there. If this giant doesn't work out for you there is another giant by cherry hill shopping area that just open up recently.”

“Gas prices are normally the lowest prices around here and their cigarettes are the cheapest in town but not alot of room for other convenience items, it has a mechanics shop, I've never used it so I don't know how reliable it is, but it's always busy so they must be doing something right”
