“Visited this location recently to transfer data from and old phone to a new phone since I wasn't confident in doing it on my own. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Mae. She was very professional and was able to service me and another customer at the same time. She was patient and explained the process thoroughly. I was in and out within an hour. She even tried to get my bill lowered since I've been a customer for 12+ yrs. Very thoughtful and personable. I skipped past another location just to come here and they did not disappoint. Great team!!”

“Update Today May 13th another great encounter at the Pikesville location with Schneider very kind and helpful. Great demeaner........ I purchased a new phone as November/December 2024 as a result of what seemed to be corruption of my then existing phone. I have been a faithful customer for over 40 years. I had the pleasure of receiving service from Usman. He is knowledgeable polite patient thorough and professional. Usman took the time to make sure all of my data was transferred and even assisted with me getting the new phone connected to my car. After approximately 2 weeks the phone started getting extremely hot. I went to the store and unfortunately Usman was not there the two ladies were useless had no idea of what was going on and told me I could call Google. I take many photos and do lots of editing I'm a content creator as well as play games so I thought perhaps it was my usage. 2 to 3 weeks went by I go to the store again 2 more times same problem phone getting hot both times useless 3rd time guy looked at the phone and said it was my usage (same usage as on my previous phone that NEVER got hot) . I told him to note my account that again I came in and left the store. Same situation and phone really whacked out last night March 3 2025. I went to the store this morning and USMAN WAS THERE!!!! He ran diagnostics advised me of something I turned on that should be off gave some information about changes and he ran all my updates. As usual he is pleasant helpful knowledgeable patient and professional. If there is any recognition in place he deserves it. I will now only go in if he is there other than that I will go straight to headquarters I'm that kind of customer. I am sending an email to Verizon Headquarters as well to recognize and compliment Usman on his outstanding service. The only reason not 5 stars is because this is for the store”

“I walked in thinking I was going to switch to Verizon. I met Darren and he was a very nice guy. He introduced me to Bobbie.
They gave me the best possible deal and helped me set up two phones.
Well... One of our phones took hours to transfer data, information, pictures, etc
We ended up staying well over an hour past closing time, and Bobbie stayed there. She was patient, kind, and understanding.
Bobbie and Darren went above and beyond and if I could make any recommendation to Tmobile. It would be to give them a big raise.”

“My phone stopped working so I needed an upgrade. The young lady, Dailyn, was sitting down when I came in and she immediately greeted me and shot right over. In just a few moments and a couple of questions we were on our way. The service was excellent! Dailyn was friendly, polite, and professional. I have been a Cricket customer for years, the $25/line deal is hard to beat. Go see them in Owings Mills!”

“Sunday, I received detailed information regarding how to manage my broken charger port on phone. The phone Tech on duty checked my phone and noticed the Charger Port was damaged. Instead of trying to sell me a new phone since it would take 10 days for a new charger port to arrive. The attendant looked up my account, found I carried insurance on my phone, which I forgot about. Attendant wrote down the number for me to call to file a claim. Upon calling to make a claim I will now receive a new updated phone byTuesday. Excellent service rendered. ???”

“We were told by a tier two Verizon tech to return a brand new iPhone to this exact location because it was defective and they could not activate it properly after multiple attempts. After having spent four hours on the phone the evening prior and chatting with tech assistants who tried to diagnose this issue, the phone was brought it to THIS location as instructed by the company for an exchange. My parents were treated poorly by the associate (who’s name appropriately rhymes with “****** — belittled at first for even thinking that a phone could be defective and sent home after having paid some kind of mystery fee of roughly $29.99 to be told that the phone needed to be returned to ANOTHER location and exchanged. After four hours and four different people at Verizon telling us that was the case to begin with, you could say we were pretty frustrated. To make matters worse, the phone number listed for this location is a main 800 line, so you can’t actually talk to a human that works at this location. I couldn’t get answers on why my parents had to pay a random fee to be sent back home with a still VERY defective piece of equipment. I’m all for playing by the rules, but this just seems like a way to nickel and dime those who may not know the ins and outs of tech or the activation process, and that’s a shame. I had to call corporate and complain about this one. We’ve been customers for over 20 years, and I know Verizon isn’t that hard up that they can’t just offer a simple exchange for a faulty device free of any additional charge.**UPDATE** after spending another three hours on the phone with Verizon, we returned to this location as instructed. Adam was amazingly helpful and was incredibly kind and supportive of my parents. He tried what he could with the phone and didn’t question that it was defective. He listened to us and went above and beyond working to make this experience a good one. Give this guy a FAT bonus!! Thank you, Adam!! Verizon is lucky to have you.”
