Truly nothing short of Greatness. She ensured that she would be able to give us a better deal than we currently had a T-Mobile and she did NOT disappoint. Unfortunately T-Mobile did not offer any specials for First Responders and/or Teachers, but AT&T did. We transferred 4 lines over, received new phones, and a better plan AND saved money. Can't beat it. Special shoutout to the manager Chris for his assistance as well. Highly recommended this particular location!”

“A huge THANK YOU to Tyzaya for the FABULOUS service today. Truly! After spending an eternity on the phone with 611 customer service, I was instructed to go to a store to complete my request. I arrived at this store today with documents in hand and after being greeted by several representatives (thank you!), I was initially told that they could not complete that service onsite. I was told that it was something that corporate did NOT allow them to do onsite. I would have to call the 611 customer service number...again! I was despondent. Thankfully Tyzaya asked me to take a seat so she could assist me with the issue. She was with me every step of the way and was so understanding. After 45+ combined minutes on hold, waiting, talking with different representatives on multiple phones, she finally helped me get my issue resolved. Can't believe it is finally DONE after all of the back and forth with the AT&T customer service line. THANK YOU Tyzaya and team!!!! Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this location. Fabulous!!!”
