“Sometimes, it’s difficult to find quality big and tall clothes, this place solves the problem. The staff is always polite and helpful too!Also, you get what you pay for. DXL’s clothes are made to last, and most are 100% natural fibers (I despise polyester and acrylic). The store always has a diverse inventory that is perfect for every season or occasion. The accessories are nice too. Their signature cologne provides a lasting scent that is not overwhelming.I’d rather spend a few hundred dollars on quality pieces from this store than buy fast ‘fashion’ from other vendors.Quality > quantityParking is never an issue either, the store has reserved spaces in a garage.”

“I went in today after looking at this brand's website for a few weeks. Given the company's focus on sustainability I was hoping the product was comfortable. I won't order shoes online without being sure of the fit. That said, the customer service here is outstanding. I knew the color and shoe I was most interested in was not in stock and tried a couple alternatives out. I ultimately decided to order the color I was initially drawn to and would not have felt comfortable doing so had the staff not walked me through four or five different pairs for fitting. They did the firework online for me and I just swiped my card. In a couple days they'll arrive at my door without an additional delivery fee. Then maybe I'll review the shoes themselves.”
“Joe is absolutely amazing! She helped my spouse find the best shoe for her feet. She guided her in understanding her feet. She has been having arch issues for years that cause knee and hip issues. “The Manager, Cici was amazing. We had a large order of 11 shoes. They did not have any of the shoes in store. She was the only one at the register but she managed to take care of walking in customers while also looking up the orders for us. She was able to order all the shoes and ship it for us. All along she had a friendly and positive attitude towards us. The shoes were for a mission trip in Dominican Republic and those individuals receiving the shoes are going to be very happy. “While much of retail is now online, shopping for shoes and sneakers still is best done in person. There is no better place than RnJ. Incredibly knowledgeable, it was perhaps the best informed experience I’ve ever had. Felt like having personal time with a podiatrist or trainer. Truly exceptional in every way. Couldn’t recommend more highly.Footnote: I used to wear NB990’s for well over the past decade as a distance walker. After spending time and recommendations by staff, switched to the Hoka, Gaviota-4. Truly spectacular!”
“Babies are so sweet and precious! They are so little and you need so many things: burp cloths, receiving blankets, and tons of little outfits. I especially like buying baby clothes and when there is an expectant mom in the family, I just have a ball. I had the most wonderful service at Carter's Babies and Kids. Amber and Dee helped me pick out outfits, advised me on size, and even put things away for me that they thought I would like. That is awesome customer service! There are covid protocols for standing in line as you check out and all of the salespeople, as well as the customers are wearing masks. They clean the counter between customers. I loved that safety protocol. I love how the store is arranged, so all of the infant clothing is in one section. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Carter's has clothing for more mature kids too. They have great deals and if you open a charge(Yes, I did!) you can earn points to get cash back in rewards. Great customer service, huge selection, and great deals! I know I will be back soon.”
“I just wanted to take the time to say that I had a great experience shopping at the Tyson's Corner Johnston & Murphy location the other day. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Eric and his team of Ryan, Jina, Mark, and Chance. I called the night before I showed up to ask some questions about items I had been looking at online, and even though they are an EXTREMELY busy store, Eric was kind enough to set aside a shirt for me until I made it in the next day. Very clean / well-organized store with very professional staff, and even with them as busy as they were managing all of the other customers they had, each of the staff were still very helpful and attentive to me as I sorted through many of the fantastically designed shirts they have. In my opinion, their designs really stand out from anything else I've seen, but even the best product wouldn't be as attractive if the right team isn't behind it. I'd say without hesitation that the group at Tyson's Corner is that team. I'm very happy to have got to work with them.Thanks again Eric!”

I have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. “A Chic, high end boutique offering imported Italian shoes & handbags. If you're a fairytale type of person this is the place to 'wear out' your fantasies on your feet. From the embellished heels & glitzy ornaments, your feet will have no choice but to be in La-La Land...which some also comes with a pricey tag. & for the not so pricey, you can get a pair of shoes that are on sale for around $150. All shoes are man made & their signature blue leather sole is simply foot funky. My visit on Saturday 10/13, was their 80th Anniversary celebration. They generously provided Prosecco & Italian Appetizers for the customers to nibble on & a drawing for the chance to win shoes, handbags & gift cards. Claudia & her beaming associate extended such a friendly spirit while sharing Rangoni's history & without pressuring to purchase. When that luxury treat vibe arises, I'll be back to Rangoni.”

“Took my disabled son here on the recommendation of other parents in the disabled community. What a great place. Staff had the sort of knowledge we'd normally only find in professional physical therapists and occupational therapists. As thoughtful and knowledgeable as you could be about fitting shoes for kids with differences in gait, posture etc. Made me think there ought to be places like this in every city.”
