“I've consistently had good experiences at this CVS Pharmacy location. The store is clean, well-lit, and organized, which makes finding what I need—whether it’s over-the-counter medication, snacks, or seasonal items—quick and easy. The pharmacy staff has always been courteous and professional. On my most recent visit, they filled my prescription in under 20 minutes and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and patiently.
The front-of-store employees are generally friendly, although there have been a few occasions where it seemed like they were short-staffed, leading to longer checkout lines. However, the self-checkout kiosks help speed things up when you're just grabbing a few items.
I also appreciate the convenience of their mobile app for managing prescriptions and using ExtraCare rewards. It’s a useful tool that helps track refills and offers good deals.
Overall, this CVS is dependable, convenient, and a solid go-to for both pharmacy and everyday needs. A few minor staffing issues keep it from a full five stars, but I’d still highly recommend this location.”

“This store is the best in Frederick County! I appreciate with their service. It is far best than other store on English Muffin Way! The manager supports his staff! I've had their breakfast, burgers, salads, and sides; they're all tasty! Using the rewards program is very convenient; you're able to scan your phone at the self checkout AND at the pumps using the app. Any time I've had issues or questions, the workers helped me out with ease.”

“This place is a hidden gem that is super popular with locals. I have passed it more times than I can count, even went in for cold drinks to carry me back home to Baltimore County a few times. I had no idea they served food or that it was absolutely amazing. I got to try their food for the first time last year and was impressed. My brother scheduled his outdoor wedding to take place at a nearby venue that doesn't serve food. I wanted to provide picnic style food to match the "boho" vibe of the occasion. Etchison Country Store came through! I ordered 100 pieces of fried chicken, a gallon of potato salad and a gallon of macaroni salad. The food was ready on time, the chicken was hot, the salads were high quality and fresh. Everything was outstanding! The guests raved about the food as they gobbled it up. :-) Chip, the owner is wonderful. Great communication and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Etchison Country Store again in the future. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thanks again, Chip!”

“This Royal Farms location has the finest staff of any business of its kind that I've encountered. Earlier this evening the associate went above and beyond to ensure our Christmas Eve dinner (which we picked up on the way home from church service) was prepared with care. Of course, their signature fried chicken was suburb. I highly recommend this business!”
“My husband and I love to go to this location for coffee. It's very convenient and all the staff is very pleasant. Recently, I've noticed that the coffee containers are not getting cleaned as frequent, which affects the taste of the coffee. Please don't slack on the cleanliness. “This a mini market opened 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I go quite often for mylife saver gummies and regular coke products (Im cutting down though). Some locations have bathrooms, an atm machine, bags of ice, coffee, doughnuts and some other staple items.”
“This is my favorite RF! They’re always friendly, professional, and ready to take care do their customers. As I was pulling up to get gas Sun 7/6, I saw the power flash off and then come back on. I had just started authorizating the transaction when the system when down. The MOD Julie came out to the pumps and informed the customers getting gas what happened, directed them to place nozzles back in the holder and she would reset the pumps. Once she did that, she came back out to ensure they were working. That’s service and acknowledging the customers needs. Well done!”

“Go there just for chicken and have a couple comments on that. 5/6 times it's great but that last time it's dried out. If they are not busy it sits too long - they should toss it after a while. And hard to tell from just looking. I usually find out on the way home while I'm stealing a bite and then don't feel like going back and doing what / waiting for a new batch? A refund from the receipt that I threw in the trash on my way out the door?Also why in the heck after spending $20 on chicken do they charge you .79 for a tiny tub of sauce? Who else charges for condiments?”

“This is the first Rutter’s in Maryland since 2019. This store has large restrooms, with black urinals, toilets, hand dryers, and a trough stainless steel sink. I can’t wait to come back another time. The drinks are so refreshing.”
“Delivered on 8/13/25. Unloaded within 30 mins. Took off a star due to no rest room or porta potty. Overnight available for 1 truck but space is tight to park for overnight. Space is also tight for backing into docks. It’s a gated facility as well. Picture is 1 set of docks but they have another set of docks at the back of facility and space is tight to back into docks specially if you have a sleeper, like I did.”
