“My boyfriend and I went for an hour long appointment to look at rings. The service was absolutely fantastic! The jeweler, Vishal, was extremely transparent, knowledgeable and personable. When we arrived, he already had many settings ready for us to look at, as well as diamonds (we left a note on our appointment details about what we we're interested in beforehand). He is extremely passionate about making his pieces unique and intimate for his clients, even providing free customizations. He was also extremely detail oriented and was extremely careful listening to what we liked. He said that he strives to have the ring not only be exactly what we want, but also have it open doors for our future goals financially speaking which I thought was very important. All in all, for just an hour long appointment, he exceeded our expectations. Though our ring will only be starting the creation process, he showed us his other pieces of work and wow, stunning! I'm glad both my boyfriend and I were able to say the things that we liked while he was able to take notes for later conversations. It is a great sign that the rest of the process is now out of my hands! Thank you so much!”

The customer service at this location is exceptional and meets above all expectations! I came here on Christmas Eve looking for a special gift and the experience was nothing but exceptional. I called in advance for an item I was looking for and spoke with Maurice. From the minute I spoke with him to actually visiting the store, Maurice was the best. He was welcoming and very knowledgeable. Also, what I like most was that although the store was very busy, he was patient, helpful and very attentive. He knows the DY collections and is top notch. Overall, a great experience and left very happy with my splurge. Although the gift was for someone else, I fought hard with my inner self to resist buying something for myself. That's the hard part when coming to indulge in a store like this. lol. From the greetings at the door, to the water and libation offerings, to the store manager (Steve) coming by to great me and engage conversation on a limited collection exclusive to the store as well....this was the ultimate buying experience. Kudos to both gentlemen and this location. Definitely will be back for a couple of other items I got my eye on. The prices are top dollar.... but you get what you pay for here..... and that's quality, timeless, crafted pieces of unique jewelry that not only makes a statement, but stands out on his own. “All they are missing is Invicta watches. I go for the Diesel watches; add Invicta and I would be a weekly visitor.The one issue I have is that they charge an extra $6 for a Diesel watch box. There generic box is free. That to me is ridiculous.”
