“My boyfriend and I went for an hour long appointment to look at rings. The service was absolutely fantastic! The jeweler, Vishal, was extremely transparent, knowledgeable and personable. When we arrived, he already had many settings ready for us to look at, as well as diamonds (we left a note on our appointment details about what we we're interested in beforehand). He is extremely passionate about making his pieces unique and intimate for his clients, even providing free customizations. He was also extremely detail oriented and was extremely careful listening to what we liked. He said that he strives to have the ring not only be exactly what we want, but also have it open doors for our future goals financially speaking which I thought was very important. All in all, for just an hour long appointment, he exceeded our expectations. Though our ring will only be starting the creation process, he showed us his other pieces of work and wow, stunning! I'm glad both my boyfriend and I were able to say the things that we liked while he was able to take notes for later conversations. It is a great sign that the rest of the process is now out of my hands! Thank you so much!”
