All the guys there are great and they don’t try to up sell un needed parts. We’ve been there several times for service and every time has been a great experience that exceeded our expectations. “This is the best Auto Repair shop for all cars especially foreign in Maryland! Sam the owner treated me and everyone I seen him encounter with the utmost respect and honesty. This shop is so awesome. I purchased a used Audi Q7 Prestige from VA and it failed inspection do to an alleged exhaust drip. I refuse to let Audi do the work as they were trying to get over. Spoke to Sam, he told me bring it in. Looked at it with no appointment and told me how much it would cost for his shop to repair and he saved me a lot of money. He also did not charge me for diagnostic and took time to explain the repair. At this shop they don’t try to get over and upcharge you for things not broken and that is rare. They know their vehicles and repair was fast. They are an honest but master shop that work on any and every type of vehicle but especially Audi, BMW, and Mercedes! All maintenance will be performed by Burhans Auto Service from this point on. The ladies at the desk are delightful and pleasant as well. First class service and first class people!”

“I was visiting the area when my engine light came on and all of the safety features disabled on my 2020 Subaru Outback. They were kind enough to look at my car and quickly identified that the thermo control valve was failing. There was no way they could fix it as their schedule was full and it was a holiday weekend. But they evaluated the integrity of the car to determine whether it was safe enough for me to make the 2-hour drive back home. They were very accommodating, they provided expert service, and eased my mind enough to get home. If I lived closer, they would be my dealership of choice!”

As a traveler, you always hope to return without having experienced any problems with your RV, even more so at the end of a road trip.
We are accompanying a couple of friends having mechanical problems with their RV.
At Kimble's the owner and his employees are welcoming and understanding.
I am blown away by the service, their generosity, their hospitality and the fact of responding to emergencies quickly depending on the situation of our friends.
They simply did everything in their power to pass them quickly despite the fact that they are very busy.

“I had two blown tires off I81 North. I tried calling multiple places and came up with sky high deals and with hours of wait time. I found Honest Abiyoto who in a matter of an hour and half got it all done. He even offered me a car to get some food with my family. He got his own tow truck and repair shop/used tires. Pricing was like being in the Bronx haha. RECOMMEND!!!!!”

“Oil change / lube centers get a reputation for ripping people off, which has happened to me with jiffy lube in chambersburg( you can go read my review on them ) but this is a down to earth place and i have full confidence in. Nice people, won't try to squeeze more money out of you or make up their own rules/laws on inspections like jiffy lube does! 5 stars for sure”
