“I had two blown tires off I81 North. I tried calling multiple places and came up with sky high deals and with hours of wait time. I found Honest Abiyoto who in a matter of an hour and half got it all done. He even offered me a car to get some food with my family. He got his own tow truck and repair shop/used tires. Pricing was like being in the Bronx haha. RECOMMEND!!!!!”
“Bought tires at different shop. First mistake. Went back three times complaining that the tires they sold me shook horribly at any speed above 40mph. They said it was my truck. Replaced all steering parts and problems continued. Second shop insisted the tires were defective, but Rivera tire assured me it wasn't the tires. Eventually stopped driving the truck for almost a year. Took it to Matt. I should have started there, honestly. He was able to get them balanced to the point my truck was drivable, but still shook. He warned me that he'd never put that much weight on one tire and highly recommended I return them as he didn't think they were safe. The original shop refused to refund me. Finally got all new tires today at McCarthy tire and found out the wrong tires were installed from the beginning. My truck calls for 10 ply and they were standard ply. There are tons of places to get tires, but this is the only one I've found in my area that sells products they trust to customers they care about. I own several cars and I'm not taking them anywhere but here. Seriously thank you Matt C.”
“Although I didn’t buy from this dealership I have continually used the service department. For the first time in my life I have relied upon the service department for all services. They are the most courageous and knowledgeable staff. They gave me bad news on a major repair but told me there was a recall and no charge. This happened twice. Had I not gone to an honest dealer they probably would have ignored the problem or charged me. Before I leave they informed me of most likely maintenance upcoming and recommended that the brakes be a part of my next visit. I bought a 2016 that runs today as it did on my first. I’m glad I bought a Honda and very happy I decided to let them service it. You might believe you’re saving money using small independent repair shops but they don’t know the possible issue with the vehicle.Make an appointment. They are waiting and the customer experience is not stressful.”
