“I had an issue with Pepboys because 3 months ago I brought my jeep liberty in to have a slow leak on a tire fixed. I thought it was fixed, but because it was a slow leak I didn't find out till now that apparently they never fixed it cuz after I stopped topping off air it went totally flat one day and I was bed upset. That meant that not only was the leak not fixed but the tires weren't rotated either. I sent an email complaining about this and the next day I got a reply and a phone call directly from the manager Mario and he apologized and asked me to bring it back in. So I brought it back in and found out the leak was very small in the side wall so it couldnt be repaired. I needed a new tire. Luckily my warranty covered it but it did not cover the mounting and labor which for one tire is around 75 bucks. I complained to Mario that I didn't think I should have to pay it because of the stuff that wasn't done last time. Mario handled my objections very well and we came to compromise. I picked up my Jeep and a with a discount I paid around 50 bucks which seemed fair for a whole new tire. Upon driving it home I found my jeep to be running even smoother than it was before. Idk wut they did exactly but it was such a nice ride in comparison to before that I called to let Mario know how pleased I was. Also to note the guy named Durrell that answered the phone and handled my checkout briefly was delightfully nice with a wonderful personality. Mario was also very nice and took care of me and my needs and my jeeps ride feels very nice as well. Thank you Mario for fixing the mistake and even though I had to pay a little bit I feel like it was worth it since the service was terrific and I'm satisfied. I give Pepboys in Landover grade B+ and it's mostly for the attitudes of Mario and Durrell and for correcting a mistake and a fair deal. Thank u”
