Within a half hour, Steve located the piece, and within two hours, they got it, replaced it, flushed and replaced the fluids, and I was back on the road- and that was even with them having lunch lol. “Was going to have my car towed to the dealership for service. Darren came to tow the car. Before loading the car, he did a quick check of the car to see why it wouldn't start. Turns out it was some corrosion around the battery. Instead of paying big money to get it to the dealership to make the fix, he showed my a simple fix and got my car started! He saved me hundreds! “I was on a road trip and I needed gas, so I stopped at this location knowing how gas station were I thought it would have bad bathrooms and bad service. BUT it didn't the bathrooms were clean and I literally couldn't believe how good the service was and btw it had everything!!!! They also got a server center for ur car.”
“I came in with wobbling and vibration that would normlly require tire balance. When that didn't fix the problem a front end alignment was done. Again the problem persisted. Service Advisor Joyce, who was excellent and persistent to fine the issue, personally driving the car to get a feel for the problem. After replacing the front L/R wheel axles, my car feels brand new. My kids broke two of my seatbelts and I was getting the one in the back replaced (for free under warranty). The front one was not replaceable for free because I had to cut it when my daughter wrapped her leg up in it and I couldn't get her out any other way. They replaced the broken one in the front by mistake and did not charge me and they still replaced the one in the back for free. All of my rentals have been free because I purchased the extended warranty. They always give me a ride to Enterprise to get my rental and get me out in time to pick up my kids from school. They have not failed me yet. I will continue to come here for purchases, maintenance and repairs. Also, look out for specials. They can save you money as well!”
