10423 Armory Ave, Kensington“Phenomenal shop, just go. If you know know the value of a good fly shop, you’ll quickly realize this is a great one. If you don’t, you’ll quickly understand why this beats online retailers any day of the week. I used to work in a fly shop and I learned a ton. Service is clearly at the heart of this business. Will stop by every chance I get.Just go!!! Also their website is an incredible resource — check it out.”
“The only tennis store in the DMV I trust. They have it all, from the latest racquets, to expert stringers, and all of your necessary accessories. Above all, Jose and his team are customer oriented. The experience walking into tennis zone always feels personalized, fits your schedule and budget, and keeps you wanting to continue the relationship.”
“Picked up a sweet glove at the Arlington Little League Opening Day Ceremonies - but wasn't yet able to use it as I'm recovering from an injury. Moving around better now and began to break in my glove and found a defect. Eric went out of his way to help me out. Told me to email him some photos to save a trip out to him. Confirmed with me that he received them. Updated me a couple hours later that he sent them to the glove rep and was waiting to hear back. Got back to me same night that they were going to credit him for the glove and he had another waiting for me at the store. Probably some of the best follow up/follow-through customer service I've had in quite a long time. Thanks, Eric!”
“Liam is an awesome salesman of ski equipment. So knowledgeable and wanting to get the best match for his customers. I learned a ton and came home with a great fitting pair of boots-on sale.”
“I am a 'buy online' first guy but I have bought shin guards and cleats for my kid here because the prices were actually slightly less than Amazon and Dick's for the same item. On top of that, they are next to the Trader Joe's and Whole Foods I always go to, they have my kids' club team gear, and the guys who worked there actually recommended AGAINST buying a more expensive cleat for my kid based on her age and playing level.”
“I almost ordered the wrong cushions for my plates. Customer service was paying attention and helped me to make the correct purchase without having to miss my skate night. Amazing service and the shipping was super fast too.”
“Debi and estrella made the whole shopping experience great and easy ! I love fabletics online, but getting amazing service in person is even better. One thing that stinks is online prices are often better so sometimes I just do returns at the store. We need more stores:)Happy thanksgiving & God bless!”
“I had a phenomenal experience and the staff were so helpful in determining what shoes be suit me. There was a lot of trail and error with trying to find the right shows with insoles to match my walking patterns. I would definitely recommend going to this place to anyone that have needs for shoes that will feel comfortable on there feet and all the activities that they do.”
“Chad helped us today and made my experience super easy! I came in asking for advice about flat feet and he worked with me to find the most supportive and comfortable pair. Super helpful and awesome experience!”
“Nick was the most helpful, knowledge, and respectful sales person I’ve encountered! He was able to juggle several customers while still giving each one the care and attention needed for a successful visit. He definitely deserves a raise for his hard work and ability to aid the productivity of the store!”
“Good selection of soccer cleats and accessories. They also have good deals on jerseys and active wear. Their staff is knowledgeable and provide guidance when shopping.”
“I love this store, especially Beryl. She makes the store seem like the place to go. A combination of expertise, thoughtfulness, and kindness make the experience worth repeating.d”
“Went in there looking for a good running shoe, and the folks in there helped me out for over an hour, and we did eventually find the right shoe. Super awesome people.”
“I came to the store right as they were closing and Kimberly and her manager were so kind to let me in to grab a few things. Our store in Philly recently closed, so I was so happy to find one in DC with lots of options and super helpful staff!”

I have used them for close to 20 years and in a variety of different sports, leagues and work settings. They understand the community and your needs to have top quality and amazing products. Their custom design work is spot on. I highly recommend Lucians for any large or small group and in any profession or organization.”
“Came in with lots of questions and Clifford was a huge help. I was able to restring and buy a racket easily. Clifford was very helpful when picking rackets, encouraging me to take my time and find the one that suits me most. I highly recommend coming here for any tennis needs.”

“My most recent visit to RnJ was yesterday. Francisco helped me pick out shoes. Maybe in part because I was the only customer in the store, it was absolutely beyond a doubt the best experience I've had buying shoes, and I'm wondering if it might have been my best experience buying *anything*.He listened as I told him about the knee pain I'd been having. After measuring my feet, he observed how my feet pronate when walking in socks. He brought out 3 shoes just for sizing, one too small, one too large, one just right. He observed my gait in a shoes chosen purely for their diagnostic value. He then observed my gait when wearing a sequence of shoes with progressively more support, until we settled on the perfect shoe.He listened to and answered every one of my many questions, like what's the deal with people walking and even running with soles so thin they're practically barefoot, what is the consequence of the two feet being a half a size different, what is the difference between Asics and Brooks, what if I wear orthotics with the shoes I was buying, what are the chances of my also finding a shoe in their "50% off" room that would work with my feet. What makes for a difficult or tedious customer interaction? And so on. I have a way of driving people nuts with incessant questions. This man's reserve of patience never bottomed out. This store was recommended to me about a decade ago by a physical therapist for obtaining good walking shoes to help a tendonitis that caused the inside of one foot to be red and swollen, and made every step painful. RnJ picked a shoe for me, and (hard to believe but true), in basically 24 hours the pain was gone, and whatever it was that caused it has been gone ever since.Over the years I had grown more and more lax about what shoes I wear, and lately was wearing Sketchers that I had found in a thrift store, that looked virtually new and were very comfortable. Plus, for a stupid reason, I had stopped alternating them with my good Brooks shoes. Knee swelling & pain a week or so ago were my wake up call. I went back to my Brooks from RnJ and the pain subsided. When it was gone completely, I went to buy new shoes. There was no question in the world which store I would go to.”

3104 M St NW, Washington“The Patagonia store in Georgetown, Washington DC is located on M Street in the city’s most popular shopping district for luxury fashion. The store is 2 levels and divided by small sections to showcase different Patagonia product lines. The staff is friendly! The upstairs section features a large sale and clearance area of overstocked and out of season gear..! If you like Patagonia, be sure to stop in.”
“Gary and his team have been doing team gear and swag for ALL my sports teams, not just swim, for years. He is so patient with my changes and really works with us to find exactly what we are looking for.To me, this is the perfect small community business. Thanks Gary for being amazing over all these years. We look forward to continuing to work with your team.”
“This place offers cheaper prices for badminton rackets than online shopping. If you are going to visit his business to look at different rackets or other stuff, I suggest you to call first before going.”
“After haven’t been to silver spring downtown area for awhile, glad to see some changes happened to the area including this new nike shop. This nike factory store is very spacious and has great selections, great value on discounted items. The shop looks pretty clean. But out side of 1 security guard and couple employees in the front, we didn’t really see other employees working on the floor. Since we didn’t need any service so cannot really comment on it.The store was very quiet, not too many customers inside when we were there. Great location, and convenient. Parking garage nearby.”
“Mitch spends as much time as is needed to make sure your son or daughter gets the right fit for their sports gear. Especially in the hockey community, Mitch is a great resource. Especially if your kid is a goalie, go see him, you won't be sorry.”
“The manager went above and beyond to help me. The shoes I wanted were the last pair and had different sizes in the box. The manager ordered them from the warehouse and had it shipped free and also gave me a discount. Best customer service too!
Thank you! ?”

“Sports Extra is great. Our company uses them for large scale custom printing projects for employee and customer apparel gifts, our safety vests and more. I have also used them for smaller personal custom team t shirt orders, etc. Always professional, quality work, good communication and they stick to the timelines they provide from the beginning. Highly recommend.”
