“Made an online order for the in-store pickup. The order was ready on the next day. Received a few reminders to pick up my order by a certain day, otherwise it might be canceled. There were plenty of free parking in this shopping center. The store located between Lands' End and the Oxygen. The cashier checked the email and my id, then went fetching my order from the back. Was able to come it within three minutes.”

“I visited Road Runner shoe store in Rockville for the first time today. I've been struggling with chronic pain due to plantar fasciitis in both feet for a couple of years. I also have chronic pain due to health issues. A friend recommended I come here due to the excellent customer service. I called to see if I needed an appointment (I didn't need one) and the manager took the time to explain the process of fitting shoes for customers. Lulu supported me and while she juggled a couple of customers, she was engaged and thoughtful in helping me choose the right shoes. Ethan helped fit me with insoles (which I decided not to get) and was very helpful also. Lulu and Ethan were both professional and caring. I feel hopeful and excited to try walking again! I'm definitely coming back!”

“I was looking for some in-line skates but we not looking to pay those ridiculous high prices. I was browsing on the good ole' World Wide Web and came across this place. The site listed exactly what I was looking for and I made the trip. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted which is always nice. A tall gentleman asked if I needed help finding anything. I told him what I was looking for and he took me over to the section. I saw the ones I wanted, tried them on and a perfect fit. I ended up buying the skates.
