FedEx Ground receives mixed reviews regarding its location and facilities, but consistently high praise for its staff and service. FedEx has given me an estimated delivery window three days in a row, and each time claimed they could not deliver because no one was home. That is incorrect, and I was just informed they never attempted the delivery in the first place. Wasted a lot of my weekend waiting for a package they were never going to deliver.

Delays. Don’t understand how a package can be on time traveling across the entire country from California, only to be stuck here for 4 days 20 miles away from my address.
