“This location will have my business so long as I'm living anywhere in the area. I've been using them for 8+ years now and never had an issue. I had a major problem today with a company I was returning an item to claiming that it had never been shipped or scanned for tracking. Of course I'd misplaced my receipt from Parcel Plus showing that I had shipped the item for return. I called up Parcel Plus and spoke to Kevin who went above and beyond to help me with the time sensitive return. After a few phone calls and screenshots in emails, it seems that the issue is sorted out (fingers crossed!!). I couldn't have done it without the assistance of the wonderful employees at this location.”

“Fantastic customer service. I came in one afternoon this week and had badly messed up my packaging and lost my prepaid postage order. They figured it all out, got the shipping label re-sent and got the package out. I appreciated how great they were at problem solving. Also, and this isn't minor, they have an electric door like a supermarket so you can walk in with a lot in your arms or on a cart.”
