They gave me the best possible deal and helped me set up two phones.
Well... One of our phones took hours to transfer data, information, pictures, etc
We ended up staying well over an hour past closing time, and Bobbie stayed there. She was patient, kind, and understanding.
Bobbie and Darren went above and beyond and if I could make any recommendation to Tmobile. It would be to give them a big raise.”

We ran into technical difficulties (the fault of the previous carrier) and she went above and beyond to assist us in successfully switching to AT&T. She was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. “Visited this location recently to transfer data from and old phone to a new phone since I wasn't confident in doing it on my own. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Mae. She was very professional and was able to service me and another customer at the same time. She was patient and explained the process thoroughly. I was in and out within an hour. She even tried to get my bill lowered since I've been a customer for 12+ yrs. Very thoughtful and personable. I skipped past another location just to come here and they did not disappoint. Great team!!”
