BUT I have to say that Edwin and Carlos two employees at the Olney Maryland Store were exceptionally helpful and took the time to guide me through the questions that I had and do what they could to straighten out my bill. I visited at different times and days and one both occasions that I had these two employees, I found them to be cheerful, informed, friendly, cooperative and understanding. After my dad’s divorce him and I were left with no phone service and we didn’t have a lot of money. My dad helps me as much as he can and I didn’t want to be a burden to him, but I really needed his help with the phone service. We decided to go with T-Mobile and Brian and Oscar were absolutely amazing hooking us up with the newest iPhones and galaxies and I am completely illiterate when it comes to technology and Brian and Oscar have helped me walk through the technology and all the amazing aspects that the new iPhone 16 has to offer. “I went to pick up some cash from moneygram, i called before end and confirmed that they had the funds available. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Staff was polite , spoke both english and Spanish. They seem to also provide phone services such as cracked screen replacements, they sell jerseys and flags too . The shopping center has a lot of parking for accommodation”
“A pretty big Walmart with a lot of different centers/amenities. It's part of a larger mall complex/area with a lot of big box stores that are located very close to a lot of the main roads in Germantown and to I-270 itself, making it very convenient to access. It didn't stand out too much otherwise but seems to have everything people would look for in a relatively easy-to-access location.”
“This is the only corporate store that I know of in Gaithersburg and Rockville. They only do phones. Fios is at the franchise stores like the one in Rio. Relatively efficient in getting through the waitlist and technicians are fairly knowledgeable. Made my phone upgrade go pretty well.”
