“What's the point of putting in a reservation for a class of vehicle, and the branch calling to confirm your reservation if they aren't going to have the vehicle you booked available when you arrive?
The young man who checked me in unknowningly attempted to charge me the same fee even though they didn't have the car class I needed. The manager did step in to reduce the bill to fit the class vehicle they had available. Forunately we were able to make the vehicle they had work for our trip and it was clean. Jake was also very helpful during the return process. Overall the branch staff were friendly and professional. I would rent from this branch again.”

“Picked me up from the collision shop promptly. Driver was friendly. Rental car was ready once arrived at the Enterprise location (McGaw Rd). Paying gas in advance was less costly than average cost - shocker! Car drove smoothly and gave no issues during one week rental. Drop off was easy and quick! 10/10!!”

“I normally rent from AVIS at BWI however I was told that it would be cheaper at a local location. Nahman was very pleasant and went above and beyond in his customer service. My original choice was going to be to small and he went offered me a mini van instead which was perfect. The vehicle was well equipped and clean.If you need a local rental this AVIS location is the place to go for sure.”

“Visiting from out of town and my first Zipcar experience in DC area. The instructions to find the car are pretty detailed. App makes it very easy to make reservations. I did have trouble booking a one way trip so ended doing a round trip instead. I also couldn't figure out how to give the car to valet since I had to lock it. Other than that, it was convenient, easy and gave me a car for a half day to run errands. Very helpful to have in the city”
“Great experience, no problems at all. The Tesla Model 3 I rented came with all the appropriate adapters and was the nicest driving experience I've ever had.Automatic supercharger billing was very convenient and charging at home worked great too, given enough time.The only strange thing is that I wasn't able to book this reservation directly through Hertz's own website, while I could through a third party. This was no problem for me but should really be fixed for the benefit of other customers. On the Hertz website it always tells me no cars are available at this location, which is incorrect. The website overall is also quite buggy.”
“Very nice Owner and company!!! Huge blessing to rent a car from this place. They let me use car over 2 months and unlimited miles when companies denied me. Also very low weekly rates as well. If you need a cheap used car rental please use this place. Let me use until I purchased car of my own! 5 stars all day!”
