I tried a different company during a busy holiday and that company gave my rental car away and I came to budget/Avis and they quickly helped me get into a car and saved the day. “1. The car was rented for accident car repair and it was good. However, I had to pay out of pocket for the excess cost beyond insurance approved cost. The rental agent was good an explained clearly.2. The car had some issues like battery for key was low and it was time for oil change and message kept popping.3. The repair by next door garage took 4 weeks which was way high for 2000$ worth of side body paint and dents.4. I needed to change for an approved car so out of pocket cost would not mount. I called 3 times starting beginning of 2nd week but couldn’t get a replacement. They said we will call when available but never got one any call.”
