“Brothers Sew & Vac at 3317 Connecticut Ave., NW, between Macomb and Ordway Sts., is where I have been taking my 2000-2001 Miele vacuum cleaner for repair for almost 5-7 years. They’re great. The nicest guy works there, Assane (pronounced like Hassan without the H), and he does much of the repair work himself. I was last in there in 2019, and I remembered how great he was the last time. It’s not cheap getting my Miele vacuum repaired, but they do a great job and know their business. Check them out.”

“Noah helped us every step of the way and made sure the appliance purchasing process was easy and painless. M&M also gave us a very competitive price, which pleasantly surprised me! The only minor issues we had were that the delivery guys forgot to take off the travel bracket and adjust the leveling feet. Easily fixed, but slightly disappointing. I cannot fault the sales team, and I don't feel the issues were enough to warrant knocking off one star. Overall, definitely recommend M&M.”

“We just purchased a washer/dryer from Germaine at the Blair Rd location. Germaine was a pleasure to work with. We had his full attention and he was knowledgable about all the different washer/dryer combos. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us to select a w/d combo that would fit in our tight laundry room and was available for immediately delivery..Today Lucas and Marc (of the M&M installation dept) came to install the W/D. Once again, we were incredibly impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. They are in an amazing team! They were in and out in no time at all and gave us a much better set up than we had originally! Cannot say enough good things about them!We'll definitely be back to M&M!”

“I went to pick up an anti-fatigue kitchen mat. The app said it was in a certain aisle. I looked and looked. Finally I asked an associate for help. He looked and found some but not the one I wanted. The app said that they had three in stock. So the associate said that some may be up high and he looked and he was able to find one for us. So I give an A+ to Dylan. But a D for the app.”

“I cannot say enough about Earnest Ndifang, the Manager at Ferguson Supply in Silver Spring. My Dad’s Expansion Tank was leaking and it needed to be replaced ASAP. It’s Friday afternoon at 3:45 - Ferguson closes at 4:00… I’m on 495 in heavy traffic. I called the shop and explained to the gentleman who answered the phone the situation. He assured me that I needed to drive safely and that he would wait for my arrival! How grateful I was to receive his kindness and understanding. I arrived at 4:03 and there I had the pleasure of meeting Earnest, the gentleman who made this purchase possible! Thank you Earnest for waiting for me that day. My father sends his gratitude, too. Delivered (cost $85, including removing the old one) the very next day.Only complaint is that the appliances did not have a price tag. I had to ask the price individually of each one that I was interested in. Still was a good deal & only took me about 30 minutes.P.S. I've driven past this store countless times and never knew it was there.Parking: Strip mall. Ample parking.”
