Just wanted to give a shout out to Delonte who did a phenomenal job guiding me through the process of getting my vehicle repaired. From making sure I handled the insurance process seamlessly to keeping me updated from beginning to end, I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service that he provided. I came to Murphy's due to the reviews and Delonte affirmed every single one of them. Getting in an accident and going through the process of getting your car fixed can be a very stressful process, but he made it stress free and I knew I was in good hands. More importantly, my car looked amazing upon pick-up. The service was top quality and I can't tell that I had an accident at all. They did a rear main seal on my car in two days for 1200. They do the work quick, accurately, and very affordable! I will never go anywhere else and I either drive an hour or pay a tow truck $260 to bring it there.”
