“My purchase here was very enjoyable. Adrian went out of his way to help me get the best pricing by looking for discounts even though I didn’t explicitly request it. I went in on a holiday weekend which was busy (I expect any car purchase to take 2-3 hours at least), and he frequently gave me status updates and just checked in on me, even though it had really been a reasonable wait time in my opinion.Overall a very positive experience, and I personally recommend Adrian.”

“JP made the entire process painless and seamless. They set everything up with the insurance company. He provided updates on how my car was coming along. I even was provided with a rental car at the shop. This place did a fantastic job on my car and is Toyota certified!I would come back here, but hopefully I won’t need too! I highly recommend if your car needs work done!”

“Edited from my original review--4.5 stars in the end for the outcome, but closer to 1 star for the process to get there. Manager Justin Hallock ended up saving the whole process... more below. My 2016 Toyota 4Runner ended up with this shop for over two months for a basic bumper, fender, and relatively straightforward suspension repairs. Kinda excusable during the pandemic, but now that we're on the other side, I think 'supply chain' and 'delays' were being used as cover for poor time/job management. Communication was unfortunately non-existent for the majority of that time, and pretty much all of it had to be initiated by me.The first time I was told that my vehicle was complete, when I came to pick it up: the interior door handle wasn’t installed, fog lights weren’t working, multiple paint issues, clips missing, and clear protective film not installed. I could tell that really no quality controls were in place. From there, I began working directly with Justin Hallock, who I believe is the second in command for Passport Collision. He was more communicative and worked with me through to addressing all the details that remained (which were unfortunately plentiful). It took ~3 weeks from when they originally said the vehicle was done until I finally picked it up and it was 'complete.' In the end, the work was done really well--but it took a lot of 'hounding' to get to that outcome. In terms of a recommendation, I'm not sure where exactly to land. The finished product after all the trouble was excellent--I just wished the process had been smoother, with better communication, and less stress/push required on my part. Hoping they can improve the process moving forward for future customers.”
