“Passport BMW was just exceptional. The help from Mr. Zach Haynes & Mr. Ken Brokaw in services were perfect. Although they’re busy 24.7 with multiple customers and calls, they didn’t let that overwhelm them and actually cared about what I requested on my BMW. Those 2 treated me with respect and stayed on top of my car, providing me with updates. The parts department was amazing, the cafeteria was actually great and surprisingly cheap. Nice gift shop, beautiful new BMWs to explore on the showroom floor and an awesome lounge upstairs with sofas and TVs. I also received a loaner vehicle because my BMW had to be kept there overnight. Everything was perfect. From their professionalism to actually caring about what you want & need. I appreciate you guys so much. Will absolutely be returning for services and potentially buying a new vehicle. THANK YOU!”

“The customer service team greeted me with professionalism on the day of my appointment. Service Advisor (Malcom Proctor) assisted me with letting me know the service my car required. He offered a loaner car since the repairs would not be completed before close of business. To my surprise, the repairs were completed and I did not need a loaner car. The technician (Mario Martinez-Vergel) met with me and showed me all of the repairs he did and the old parts that were damaged. Great service and I will return again!!!”

“Will be my new auto repair shop. These guys are excellent at what they do and also took the time to explain to me exactly what they did and why it was important. My air conditioning went out and they even took the time to explain how it works in the car. I asked them about my brake pads and they checked it for me no charged and even identified an oil leak and how it could lead to expensive repairs. “The price of gas here 93 octane for 3.22 is pretty good. They are open 24 hours which is also good. They have a convenience store if needed. Easy walk from the hotels to get here. They have a night cashier drawer for cash gas purposes, but I beleive the door is open. (He might be taking a break). Make sure you select the correct pump if paying by cash. I was able to sign up to the fuel rewards program by entering my phone number at the pump. Also they have auto repair if needed. Good stuff”

“****Interim Rating as of June of 2021 and during The COVID-19 Global Pandemic: I placed multiple frantic/panic calls here after my HOA threatened to levy a huge Monetary Fine against me because for unknown reasons, something has caused my car alarm to go off all times of the day and night even when I’m driving and while it’s parked in our garage. The last two Technicians I spoke with here really helped to ease my mind I made an appointment. My HOA later granted me a temporary extension as far as being Fined after I told them about my appointment here to diagnose the problem. I will update this post and rating (if necessary and appropriate) asap after my appointment.”
