“These guys sell more appliance then all the local box stores combined. They cater to the building trade, but will sell direct to consumers. They will give you a straight deal and will be honest about which brands are service nightmare and which are hard wearing. They will also arange and manage deliver and set up. They are in an unassuming business park in beltsville. They price quickly via email if you know what you want.”
“Desperate for a refrigerator that would meet my very specific requirements (French door, bottom freezer, no handle, drawers that would come out for cleaning with the doors open at 90 degrees, and not impossibly small), I visited 8 new and used appliance stores in two days. And Dennis was by far the most helpful salesman I met at any of them. So I bought a refrigerator from him but then the next day I found one I liked better at Home Depot. Thankfully, Dennis allowed me to exchange the one I had already bought for the better model at no charge, plus he matched the Home Depot price. A bonus is that’ll the guys who delivered the new refrigerator a few days later were awesome—they took away the old one, a heavy beast, with no trouble and got the new one in and set up very quickly. I will definitely come back the next time I need an appliance!”

He patiently listened to my goals and worked smartly with my budgetary constraints. “I went to this Home Depot yesterday to find a metal, NOT plastic, flat dustpan. After finding the dustpan, I noticed they had a ton of these Fill Stick Wood Repair Paint Pens, all kinds. While realizing all the choices I had, I must have looked undecided and confused ( which I was), a kind perceptive employee noticed that I looked lost( which I was also). I had chosen the two Filler Pens I needed, but was trying to return a third un- needed pen to it's proper shelf. I couldn't find where I had found it. I imagine the employees watch customers trying to replace their unwanted items in their proper location all the time! Anyway, this young man, Carlton, came to help me as a courteous gesture, and I am grateful for this conscientious Home Depot employee. He said don't worry, I will find the spot where it belongs. Thank you, CARLTON!!!

“This was the best furniture purchase experience I have had. The staff was helpful in finding the sofa that I found online. In addition, they were helpful, warm and friendly during the entire purchase process. Other furniture stores were high pressure and took several weeks to deliver. Aaron's Laurel was a next-level experience. I also like that you can pay the same as cash price within 3 months and easily return it if you change your mind and don't like it. This was stress-free, all my others have been stressful.”

“I have been to most of the Ferguson's but none as busy as this one and yet... the staff were PATIENT/FRIENDLY (they know their customers -kyc on 10!) and especially knowledgeable... I went initally to the wrong location (Fire Suppression) friendly staff said know worries just go up- out - to the right - and their was huge warehouse...for every "wrong" place I went or stood in line - they didn't make me "feel bad" - it was like ok.."rookie" lol..in the end I showed service cashier (I wish I had his name kinda of a large guy who may go to different locations because the customers were super excited to see him back) so I showed him my reference number - and then I asked a question and showed him a picture and the wealth of knowledge came out and HE GOT ME STRAIGHT...I had totally ordered wrong stuff from manufacturer and he went to the same site and found EXACTLY what I needed, recommend a part just in case and said if it doesnt work just bring back! NP... I wish this was my local Ferguson's but I live in DC so unfortunately not close...but if you want knowledge and good service Iam sure they want to keep this place a secret...lol but try and stop in!”

“Bought a used Refrigerator to replace a malfunctioning one in my garage. Delivered (cost $85, including removing the old one) the very next day.Only complaint is that the appliances did not have a price tag. I had to ask the price individually of each one that I was interested in. Still was a good deal & only took me about 30 minutes.P.S. I've driven past this store countless times and never knew it was there.
Parking: Strip mall. Ample parking.”
