“This was the best furniture purchase experience I have had. The staff was helpful in finding the sofa that I found online. In addition, they were helpful, warm and friendly during the entire purchase process. Other furniture stores were high pressure and took several weeks to deliver. Aaron's Laurel was a next-level experience. I also like that you can pay the same as cash price within 3 months and easily return it if you change your mind and don't like it. This was stress-free, all my others have been stressful.”

“When I was young (50 years ago), there were a lot of appliance stores. Circuit City comes to mind. There are still a few left, but Best Buy has the biggest market share in this area. Besides all the computer supplies, they have their Geek Squad to assist qualified buyers. Tv"s to microwaves. They have it all.”

After looking at my past service history, she went above and beyond to possibly get a replacement dryer. She could've just put in a repair order but she didn't.
