“I cannot say enough about Earnest Ndifang, the Manager at Ferguson Supply in Silver Spring. My Dad’s Expansion Tank was leaking and it needed to be replaced ASAP. It’s Friday afternoon at 3:45 - Ferguson closes at 4:00… I’m on 495 in heavy traffic. I called the shop and explained to the gentleman who answered the phone the situation. He assured me that I needed to drive safely and that he would wait for my arrival! How grateful I was to receive his kindness and understanding. I arrived at 4:03 and there I had the pleasure of meeting Earnest, the gentleman who made this purchase possible! Thank you Earnest for waiting for me that day. My father sends his gratitude, too. “I was happy to discover that this location wasn't far from me. I mean, I do have one less than a half mile from my place, but it's not always convenient to go there. This one, however, seems to be a bit more convenient with the other stores around it. I came here after making a few other stops and ran in to find a few items that I had on my list. It wasn't easy finding them right off the bat as this was a new store to me, but I soon found my way around once I opened up the app. Once I had the app up and going I was able to find the items I needed. I stood there for a minute to look the items over to compare until I was able to make my decision. With my items in hand, I made my way to the front and used the self checkout to make a quick exit. With items in hand I was happy to find this location as it made it easier for me that day.”
