“Great customer service with free upgrade: I recently had the pleasure of purchasing some tires from Xtreme Tire Sales. Pressed for time on my day off, (had called multiple places to no avail because of tire size) I needed four tires replaced and needed to stay within budget. After calling Xtreme, I was provided an offer but called back (a few times) and ultimately changed to a lower costing tire. Due to the timing of my last call, it apparently caused the tire to be unavailable. However, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the customer service that followed. Not only did Xtreme keep to their word of the original cost quote but also went above and beyond by giving me a free upgrade (a really nice upgrade) due to the unavailability of the other tires. Since the tire upgrade, I have been thoroughly impressed with my trucks performance and know this was an excellent investment. Overall, my experience purchasing the tires from Xtreme and receiving the free upgrade was exceptional and I will be a returning customer.”

“Was in service for an alignment because had just bought new tires, and the service indicator came up on my dash. Had done some internet research on shops near me, and I was already familiar with them from Alexandria. So this morning I drove down to the shop and it wasn't busy. Since I was a first-time customer, I filled out an intake sheet. Asked them about an alignment and she said about an hour and a half. So I caught an Uber home but before I left one of the service techs was taking my car into the bay. So when I got back home I got a call 15 minutes later that my car was ready. Got there joked that I had a coupon and do they take them, good laughter. Had a quick conversation about cars and I left. Quick, easy, good customer service! Alignment $110/tax.”

Example: was on my way to football practice around 6pm and my tire blows. I go to southern tire, they are closing but ensure me that they will have it done in the morning and apologize for the inconvenience. My fiancé has work to do the next day so we get ready and we head that way and I tell him To drop Me off and I’d wait. By the time we get there about 11/12. May have even been earlier, but My car was already done and ready to go. They had stated that they felt bad for closing the day before and leaving me here so they made it a priority to get my car done first!
