Friendly staff and great quality. Store was well organized and cleanly, fitting rooms comfortable and private. What really impressed us was the free hemming customization on a personal basis! Marybeth and Gwen were both wonderful associates, warm and welcoming. Thanks again. We look forward to returning to Madewell sometime

My experience in the store with Paige was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful and compassionate, especially when my sister had a moment in the dressing room. Paige went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and taken care of throughout our visit.
