“Bruce was great from the very beginning! He was quick to respond to my inquiry. He tried to help me over the phone right away in case it was something simple. When it turned out to be more, he came to my house to diagnose the issue. When it was found to be more than he could fix quickly in-site, he took my laptop with him to repair. He kept me updated along the way and made me feel very comfortable.In our initial conversation he told me, "I respect your data and will make sure to keep it in tact", this was what solidified my decision to use him. The repair was secondary, recovering my data was my top priority- and he did just that!! My laptop is back up and running and all my data has been restored. Now to preface, I went there to replace my xfinity flex box because it was not working. As I said, it took 1.5 minutes to get a new equipment. Not only that, the person behind the counter was direct and professional and made the transaction quick and most impressive. Totally recommend him. “Longtime Verizon customer (i've paid my dues...) i spent half a day trying to get in touch with this particular store -- the closest of the Business customer stores. They do not have a direct phone number (???) and trying to make an appointment online proved to be one of Dante's Circles of Hell for me. i gave up and the next day went to the store itself, in a VERY BAD mood and i made sure everyone in the store knew it. Making this long story shorter, Gavin was my tech. He ignored my attitude (good call), acted very professionally and didn't disappear when something was downloading! the trip was a huge success, so, Thanks, Gavin!”
