“I went to this Verizon store today because I could not make it work while trying to switch from physical SIM to eSIM myself for two days. There was a short wait, then Israr fixed the problem and completed the switch for me patiently. He said I should have gone to the store for this kind of change. I don’t think it was too difficult for him to fix it. But it was a big relief for me. Now I can use one SIM domestically, the other for foreign travels. Very happy!”

“On Feb 7, I visited the Verizon store in Laurel, MD, because my daughter’s (Cay) phone was displaying a solid ‘green screen’. Cay was in Louisiana (LA) on vacation with a non-operable phone.A pleasant saleslady (I didn’t get her name), served me. I shared the info and asked how can Cay get an immediate phone fix in LA. The saleslady proceeded with researching the issue and discovered this was a known issue. Since we had insurance Asurion was contacted.The Asurion operator, contacted the Apple store in LA for an appointment to get her phone fixed. The store didn’t have any appointments until the following week. The operator continued searching for a place that could do an immediate fix. She contacted uBreakiFix in LA. They had an opening and got her right in. Cay’s phone was fixed! The best part is because she had insurance, the cost was $0.A HUGE “Thank You” to the saleslady in Laurel, MD and the Asurion operator for working together for a VICTORIOUS ending!”

“Was upgrading a few phones and encountered a major issue on T-Mobile's end completely blocking one of our existing phone numbers from being able to be activated at all via e-sim or physical sim on any device. It was a very frustrating experience that nobody at T-Mobile (including technical support and engineers) could solve over 24 hours, and nearly caused us to walk away from over a decade with the carrier if not for the patience and service of Mr. Tevin Robertson at the store, who went above and beyond to try and help us solve the issue. Although the issue wasn't resolved 100%, I am giving the store high marks for having employees like him, and crediting him with salvaging the situation. My whole family was very impressed by his attitude, knowledge, and work ethic, and it would serve T-Mobile well to do everything in their power to keep him around.”

“My husband and I were ready to upgrade our outdated phones but still had a lot of questions and weren't ready for a higher bill. We walked in the store on a Thursday evening and talked to Thomas and Amon for about an hour. They let us ask every question under the sun with great patience and kindness. When we needed to think it over, they gave us their card and said they'd be happy to help us when we made our decision. We never once felt forced or pushed one way or another. We took 3 days to think it over and decided to upgrade to the s23+ and when we came back Thomas greeted us with the same care as before. They even reviewed our plans to figure out if the plans were best serving our needs. I could not recomend them more. Thank you again Thomas and Amon!!”

“As soon as I walked in the door of the AT&T store, at Dobbin Center Rd. in Columbia, MD, I was greeted by Kenia. I was there to fix a problem and to buy some accessories. Kenia was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She did not rush me. Everything I needed to do, was resolved, and even when I decided to change something last minute, Kenia was pleasant and said it was no problem at all. Her manager was great too. The store is easy to get in and out of, and there is parking available. I would recommend anyone to visit this AT&T location.”
