They also helped me come to a conclusion that the Glycerin 21's Brooks (at a great value price) are the most comfortable for my feet and also happens to be my favorite shoes ever. “I had a great experience at Georgetown Running Company thanks to the staff - Demarco and crew on Saturday 11 Nov morning. I was actually on a run with a friend when I told her that I was thinking of new running shoes and we decided to stop by after our run. Demarco was extremely helpful, going through the foot scan and walking through my results. I had been running with the wrong shoe size all this time! I was not planning to buy a shoe that morning but that blew my mind so I had to. When Demarco gave me four different styles to try, he gave me the space and time to try them on and I appreciate that. He was not trying to push a particular shoe or price point. After trying on each shoe, I ultimately decided on the Hoka Mach 5 and am extremely happy. Demarco helped give me some good points about each shoe and I’m so confident about the choice. I appreciate the mention of the rewards program and the return policy as well. “I took part in the fly fishing class and trip. As someone not knowing anything, I learned a great deal through out the entire day and may even do it again to solidify my confidence in being able to go solo. The instructors wanted me to learn but also made sure everyone was comfortable (it was cold) and having fun. There was no pressure and no judgment and tons of patience. Though I never caught a fish I feel like my casting skill continued to get better throughout the day. My instructor also continued to ensure I was happy with the day and tried to take me to other spots in attempt to catch. My buddy (fishing the same spots as me) caught two so it was me not the stream. I really liked how everything was organized. “The Manager, Cici was amazing. We had a large order of 11 shoes. They did not have any of the shoes in store. She was the only one at the register but she managed to take care of walking in customers while also looking up the orders for us. She was able to order all the shoes and ship it for us. All along she had a friendly and positive attitude towards us. The shoes were for a mission trip in Dominican Republic and those individuals receiving the shoes are going to be very happy.
