They also helped me come to a conclusion that the Glycerin 21's Brooks (at a great value price) are the most comfortable for my feet and also happens to be my favorite shoes ever. After telling Kimberly a little about my running/shoe history (and that I was "Hoka-curious") she shortly fitted me with fantastic options. “Listen. This store now deserves a five star rating! I don't know what they were doing before hand, and what not but before hand when you walked in the store smelled like weed customer service was not there, and it was really a burden to come in. I actually started going to other lead stores, especially the one in Pentagon city because this store did not have any hat! The hansel that they did have we're all dusty.Boy have things have changed! The new manager, Thomas is amazing! You could tell that this man really knows about his hat, and he really really really cares! I walked into the store, pleasantly surprised! They had a wide variety of hats, which was awesome, including international hats, Negro, league, hats, and negro league, jerseys!I walked in, expecting the worst, and I literally came out a much happier dude! I walked out with a Negro league jersey, and a Negro league, hat, and love what was done with the new place. Thomas deserves all the recognition for the hard work that he has put in at my local lids store .”

“This is a sports clothing apparel store, not sporting goods. They specialize in hats, but they do have some jerseys and other things. The person at the counter was so helpful and BEAUTIFUL, I almost had to buy something! ? There's a lot of different styles of hats for whatever team you're into, including OFFICIAL LICENCED products. I got an MLB licenced Washington Nationals hat. I'll definitely buy from there again.”

She was the only one at the register but she managed to take care of walking in customers while also looking up the orders for us. She was able to order all the shoes and ship it for us. All along she had a friendly and positive attitude towards us. The shoes were for a mission trip in Dominican Republic and those individuals receiving the shoes are going to be very happy.
