“Phenomenal shop, just go. If you know know the value of a good fly shop, you’ll quickly realize this is a great one. If you don’t, you’ll quickly understand why this beats online retailers any day of the week. I used to work in a fly shop and I learned a ton. Service is clearly at the heart of this business. Will stop by every chance I get.Just go!!! Also their website is an incredible resource — check it out.”

“Picked up a sweet glove at the Arlington Little League Opening Day Ceremonies - but wasn't yet able to use it as I'm recovering from an injury. Moving around better now and began to break in my glove and found a defect. Eric went out of his way to help me out. Told me to email him some photos to save a trip out to him. Confirmed with me that he received them. Updated me a couple hours later that he sent them to the glove rep and was waiting to hear back. Got back to me same night that they were going to credit him for the glove and he had another waiting for me at the store. Probably some of the best follow up/follow-through customer service I've had in quite a long time. Thanks, Eric!”

“I am very much an amateur bowler, and was gifted a personalized ball. My family said it was part of my Christmas present. Based on other reviews, I visited this shop. The three gentlemen were all very polite and professional. They were patient, offered suggestions and tips, and did not treat me like the novice I am. The work was professional, fast, and more than I was expecting. I am very happy with their work, and intend to be a repeat customer.”

“My most recent visit to RnJ was yesterday. Francisco helped me pick out shoes. Maybe in part because I was the only customer in the store, it was absolutely beyond a doubt the best experience I've had buying shoes, and I'm wondering if it might have been my best experience buying *anything*.He listened as I told him about the knee pain I'd been having. After measuring my feet, he observed how my feet pronate when walking in socks. He brought out 3 shoes just for sizing, one too small, one too large, one just right. He observed my gait in a shoes chosen purely for their diagnostic value. He then observed my gait when wearing a sequence of shoes with progressively more support, until we settled on the perfect shoe.He listened to and answered every one of my many questions, like what's the deal with people walking and even running with soles so thin they're practically barefoot, what is the consequence of the two feet being a half a size different, what is the difference between Asics and Brooks, what if I wear orthotics with the shoes I was buying, what are the chances of my also finding a shoe in their "50% off" room that would work with my feet. What makes for a difficult or tedious customer interaction? And so on. I have a way of driving people nuts with incessant questions. This man's reserve of patience never bottomed out. This store was recommended to me about a decade ago by a physical therapist for obtaining good walking shoes to help a tendonitis that caused the inside of one foot to be red and swollen, and made every step painful. RnJ picked a shoe for me, and (hard to believe but true), in basically 24 hours the pain was gone, and whatever it was that caused it has been gone ever since.Over the years I had grown more and more lax about what shoes I wear, and lately was wearing Sketchers that I had found in a thrift store, that looked virtually new and were very comfortable. Plus, for a stupid reason, I had stopped alternating them with my good Brooks shoes. Knee swelling & pain a week or so ago were my wake up call. I went back to my Brooks from RnJ and the pain subsided. When it was gone completely, I went to buy new shoes. There was no question in the world which store I would go to.”

“After haven’t been to silver spring downtown area for awhile, glad to see some changes happened to the area including this new nike shop. This nike factory store is very spacious and has great selections, great value on discounted items. The shop looks pretty clean. But out side of 1 security guard and couple employees in the front, we didn’t really see other employees working on the floor. Since we didn’t need any service so cannot really comment on it.The store was very quiet, not too many customers inside when we were there. Great location, and convenient. Parking garage nearby.”
