Maintenance thank you so much for being there for me. You guys are number one. Roach are everywhere in PG apartment. We ourselves have to try and keep our apartment clean from not having Roaches. “I visited seeking a new place, recommended by a friend. Delighted I came in; Chris, the leasing consultant, stood out as the friendliest I've encountered. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny, without any pressure – a refreshing experience compared to most leasing agents in the DC area. Thank you Chris! Excited about the possibility of living here; just waiting for a few things to finalize on my end.”

“OMG... MEGA SHOUT OUT TO TAYLOR DAVIS at the Barrett leasing office. This mega awesome individual helped me through the process of leasing an apartment and helping me every step of the way. The process was a bit stressful because I am currently overseas, and she ensured to keep up with my application. Thank you for your hardwork. This kind of dedication to the clients and prospects has me excited to move in. :)”

“we're around 8 months in our lease and we couldn't be happier with the building and staff. The staff really makes the building, problems are bound to happen anywhere but what matters is how issues are addressed. Any time we had maintenance requests they were promptly handled by Terance and Ishmeal in the best way possible, no half measures, solved for good and on record time. The desk staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful, Tierra and Ayanna helped me many times with many things, always very responsive. Thank you!”

“I had nothing but positive experiences at Landmark. It is one of the best living options in college park and has better amenities than most of the other buildings. Great place to live”

“I'm very happy with my two year residency at 1800 Oak. It's super clean, safe, and an overall calm environment. From the front of house, to leasing office and maintenance crew, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I love the location of the building and that it's a Bilt Rewards Property, so I'm able to earn points on my rent payments. (I've booked three free flights so far.) And, most importantly, my dog loves the free treats at the front desk and the fanfare when he walks through the door.”

“I wanted to write this review and give a special thank you to the leasing staff of Pershing .. Toyin he was exceptional in communicating with me when the apartment that I originally applied for became unavailable and actually went above and beyond to find me another unit larger than the one before with a great open kitchen..( I love to cook). Cal and Charlotte have been amazing with communication and even went above and beyond to ensure the unit I needed would be ready. LJ is always pleasant and has been amazing with the tour process. I cannot wait to call Pershing my home .. and I love the fact that its still close to everything. Thank you team I owe you all a round of cupcakes!”

I love that they are painting walls and cleaning carpets so the place stays looking nice. They also keep the place smell great. You would never know that there are many pets in the building from how great it smells and look.”

“I had the pleasure of living here for over a year and it was the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I recently sold my home and just wanted to have a fun apartment close to the city to live in while I figured out where to go from there. Enter Wisconsin Place. I got a 2 bed 2 bath unit that I lived in mostly alone, but with space for my college aged kids to stay on school breaks. The building is quite upscale and at a higher price point but you get what you pay for. It’s literally ON TOP of the Metro and the Whole Foods, convenience that is unmatched. The Friendship Heights neighborhood is nice and provides endless options for activities and long walks (which I loved). The units are nicely finished and mine had a big balcony. The staff is super nice and they try to know people by name, and the management runs the building well. The gym is great- almost as good as a regular gym that you’d pay for. And there’s a really cool free “party room” (I had a holiday party there and my guests loved it) as well as a theater room and a business center. The pool is small but has great chairs and never seems too crowded. I was sad to leave (I moved down the street to another Chevy Chase apartment building for a few months in advance of my planned move to California) but wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Wisconsin Place in the future. It’s totally worth the price tag. If this is in your price range, just do it! (Everyone I’ve ever met in the building also loved it!)”

“Was looking at living here. The facilities and amenities seem top-notched. Beautiful finishes and the roof top is spacious with tons of seating. It’s also located in a neighborhood with a plethora of dining and entertainment options.”

“I've been living in these apartments for two years. Honestly, I'm very happy with everything. The staff is very friendly, and if we have any issues, maintenance comes quickly, even on weekends. The pool is beautiful, and the gym is spacious, so there's no need to pay for an external one.Unfortunately, the buildings are quite old, so they occasionally interrupt water for pipe repairs. I'm grateful they inform us well in advance so we can prepare, but it wouldn't be a reason not to live here. The location is perfect, and the price is affordable.”

“I lived at "The KW" for 7 years, ending in January 2024. During this time, I lived in both the South (built in 2000's) and Historic (built in 1932 and 1935). Leasing agents will be happy to provide a tour of either, so I'll leave descriptions of apartments out. Suffice to say, there are a variety of floor plans and none (including the studios) are shabby. Some amenities of the building (indoor heated pool, sauna, gym) are truly top-notch. The rooftop grills could be much better; but the area warmers are a great touch for those those hanging on to the outdoor space until the cold becomes unfightable. What I want to focus on is the experience. The KW courtyard is among the prettiest in DC and provides its own welcome which didn't diminish during my stay. Once inside, the main lobby provides a fantastic display of Art Deco and contains an elevated mezzanine that often provided a comfortable (and very well decorated) meeting place for myself and neighbors. This brings me to an aspect of the KW which may appeal to many, and certainly did to me. There exists a true sense of community which will match your level of engagement. That engagement spans across KW hosted activities, as well as events conducted by the Residents Association. The initiator and facilitator of these relationship is often the in-building private club/bar. For the first time, I knew dozens of my neighbors instead of just a handful. Many friendships therein will persist. The staff is mostly friendly and courteous. A few stand out as exceptional, and I'm not likely to find their equivalent again: Giovanna (Desk), Lea (Desk), Michael (Desk), Anthony (Engineering), James (Club), and Vanessa (Management). There are some things to pay attention to. This is an old building on the Historic Side; and, while the bones are great, one issue plagued my stay. Our front bathroom would begin to develop an odor several times a week. It was not mild, and smelled like a sewer. Engineering was never able to remediate this despite multiple attempts. None of my neighbors had a similar issue, so I suppose I was just lucky. In the South Wing, there is an engineering issue where water will leak past the valves in the washing machines should there be a pressure drop in the system. This could occur with the briefest power failure. If caught, Engineering will race to everyone's apartment to see if the issue is presenting and pursue resolution. If uncaught, the washing machines will fill and begin to spill over. I once had flooding in my apartment from above due to this issue. If I didn't hear the water and turn off my valves manually, the flooding would have been that much worse. Some of my neighbors had this occur multiple times. In all, I highly recommend the KW for young (Historic Wing) and old. If you're a lifelong renter, rent stabilization with a young start will provide you a home in a fabulous building at a cost that's unheard of. If you want a home to age in place, you'll find a vibrant group of neighbors who are continuously organizing get-togethers and are genuine friends.I was in the middle, and figured my best move was to buy something. I did this, however, with my wife; and I met my wife at the KW Club when I was 46. Need I say more?”

“I’ve had a very positive experience with Equity residential and 1210 Mass. Units have been renovated nicely, are spacious, include great windows for natural light, and have really nice hard floors throughout. The location of this community is truly incredible- most places you’d want to go are easily accessible by foot but metro/bus stations are near by and parking garage is convenient. The leasing, concierge, and maintenance team are all great. The building is very well taken care of and I highly recommend Ava, the community manager, to help you with any questions or needs you may have. She has been a really helpful resource to me as I look to sign a new lease in the building. Thanks, Ava!”

“Recently moved into Berkshire 15 and could not be happier with the decision. Everything from the first visit to the application to the move-in has been extremely professional and efficient. The staff is truly incredible and has already made me feel so comfortable and part of the community, and the apartment itself has great appliances / finishings. Location is also a huge positive, as it is very safe, convenient to everything I could need, and Meridian Hill park is right next door for some nice mid-day walks.”

“My husband and I were looking for an apartment for our new family. We were absolutely drawn to 909 for the size of the apartments. They are SOO much bigger than other places we've looked. After we got the video of the apartment, I called them and LET ME TELL YOU!! Brittany was absolutely phenomenal and super knowledgeable on the phone. She was very thorough and answered every question I threw her way. 909 is so lucky to have her! Unfortunately the price was a little out of our budget :( but we'll definitely keep this place in mind. THANK YOU BRITTANY!! Hopefully the next place we move to will have staff as sweet as her.”

“I lived at the Reserve at Clarendon for 3 years and the only reason I am moving is because I moved into an house for more space. I loved my time there and was always so pleased with management and maintenance, always very attentive and nice. Definitely recommend, and location is hard to beat!”

“I just had a tour from Chanel and she did a wonderful job taking me through The Banks community and highlighting the amenities! Not only was her personality and service excellent, but so was CeCe the lovely concierge!”

“The service provided by the staff here is just great. Maintenance requests are always promptly handled and resolved. And the concierge staff goes above and beyond regularly. They’ve tracked down (and retrieved) packages misdelivered to other buildings in the neighborhood; and recently did the legwork to FedEx me an item that I left home while traveling - I couldn’t replace it or go without it and the staff was able to find and retrieve the item, box it up, and get it to FedEx so that I got it in time for an event.”

“I am a tenant at the Press House located at 331 N. NE, Washington, DC. I have been here two years now and let me convey to you the wonderful job Marvin is doing. He always takes the time out to help the residents here at the Press House, especially the elderly and disable. In so much he goes beyond his duties to see if you are well taken care of as a resident at the Press House. No matter what he is doing he seems to assist you with any problem or issue you have. Moreover he has great patience and concern. He is a big cornerstone that makes the day to day operations here at the Press House run smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Marvin for a pay raise and /or any higher position he can obtain I am sure he deserves it.Your SincerelyYusuf A. Rahman”

“Excellent customer service. However, the apartments are extremely small. I couldn't move there although I would love to if they had larger Apartments but they don't. But yeah the guy that help me out showed me around excellent customer service.”

“This apartment is excellent. The staff is both incredibly responsive and helpful, plus the location can’t be beat. Emily, Dennis, Shaukat, and others all do a great a job and are proactive if residents need anything. There’s also excellent access to parks, nightlife, gyms, transportation, and even a Trader Joe’s within a 5 minute walk. The apartments are also built well with solid appliances, open spaces, and great views.I see a few reviews here also mentioning high rent increases. Mine was not nearly as significant (less than 6%), and given inflation over the past year, it makes sense. It’s possible these tenants started renting prior to the major price increases across the entire housing market. With that said, it’s more affordable than most apartments in Clarendon, not to mention Arlington more broadly.Lastly, their renovations are looking like they’re wrapping up soon, and their gym and lobby area will be significantly upgraded with it. Definitely recommend this place to people who are looking to live in a super walkable area with a nicer apartment and lower price than living DC.”

“I did not end up renting from Mosaic at Metro Apartments, however the few occasions that I visited to look at units Shea, the Leasing Consultant was extremely welcoming, accommodating and helpful with the apartment rental process. Thanks Shea for your hospitality and assistance!”

“We are very thankful for the chance to have lived at Elevation for almost 3 years! I will absolutely admit the constant construction was not fun, but we were aware of it when we chose to move in. I have seen other reviews about how the walls are thin, but I truly disagree. We could never hear our neighbors, only if someone was loudly talking as they passed our door. The on site staff are part of the reason our experience was so great. The maintenance team was excellent, always timely and quick to resolve our issues. The main concierges are great as well! In the leasing office, Caroline is a true saint. She was always prompt to respond to any email I sent, and has so much kindness and empathy.”

“I’m a former resident of the Beacon and their staff has always been top tier. Since I’ve left I spend a lot of time at the reception desk while visiting my old friends that still reside there. Rahel has been beyond accommodating for my almost daily visits. Always smiling (even when I can tell she’s busy). She’s the Michael Jordan of concierge’s and I’m pretty sure she will be running the company soon.”

“I've lived here for over 2 years, and while I miss Latoya and Jared, Mia has been such a fesh breath of air. If i have any question or concern, I feel comfortable going to Mia because she really knows her stuff and has gotten even the smallest concerns resolved for me. On top of that, Mia has been amazing at hosting events, and I've felt more chances to get to know my neighbors because of her. For Mia, I'm so grateful because she makes Chase what it is.”

“The maintenance has been great! I had a problem with my refrigerator; it was making a terrible noise at times. The problem was solved; the fan cover was loose, and there was ice in it. Work was done in a very few minutes. Things are quiet now.”
