“We have lived in this condominium for 2 years. Here is a great place for those with children, children identify it as CAMPO, the leisure area, with a very large space where children play and in addition to the swimming pool, which in the summer is very well looked after and safe.As for the maintenance of the apartment, they are quick, every few times I needed it within a few hours they were already resolved. The office is always so friendly and attentive to residents.A clean and very organized place. I highly recommend this place to live.”

She was on the phone when I walked in and as I waited, I was so impressed with her patience with the person on the phone. She then turned to me and was an absolute delight! She explained everything gently and kindly. She noticed the sadness in my face and came to my aide with a tissue, her words, cold water AND a hug. She absolutely made my day by reminding me that kind people still exist. She knows her stuff and has a heart of gold. “I have lived at Hampton Point for a little over 3 years. I have seen about 4 managers before WPM took over. So I can say I’m familiar with the front office staff. Van…. AMAZING. I have NEVER seen a manager walk the property picking up trash in a suit?. I was super impressed. I just recently transferred apartments. I must say I LOVED my apartment before but now I’m IN LOVE with my apartment. There’s ample parking fun amenities and activities. On top of coming home to an amazing apartment I couldn’t ask for more.”

Unfortunately I am on a tight time deadline.Update: took a while and took being persistent but things did work out. Barely. Leasing agent was friendly and apologetic. “One of the best apartments I ever lived in. They are all excellent, from the management team to the maintenance team to the cleaning team. I spent two years living here and had no complaints. The apartment smells fresh and is always clean. Brian is always willing to assist you and resolve your problems as quickly as possible. He is very good at what he does.The maintenance team's Melvin and Nelson Aragon are always quick to resolve any problems and eager to go above and beyond to assist. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you AVA team. I will definitely miss this place”
