Love love love it here! The apartments are nice, and modern. The staff is helpful and nice. The maintenance team is great. Melvin comes as soon as possible and he is very kind.

My experience living at Ava Wheaton has been amazing. The building is safe, clean and quiet. Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly. Less than 24 hours after putting in a service request, Melvin was able to resolve the issue and was very professional and courteous. We truly enjoy living in this community.
