They were very good about communicating with me thru the process about what was going on, what the problem might be, and what the high and low end of the price might be. I also appreciated that they used texting since i dropped it off in the morning and was at work all day so it was much easier to reply to texts than continue to take calls. Always appreciate the AAA discount from VIP. My check engine light was on when i picked it up and they took care of that for me quickly and without charging me. While it is usually less expensive to go to an independent shop this was an emergency and I am very satisfied with the service I received.”

“These guys rock!Saabs may have gone out of production several but they are very durable cars. My family has had 7 of them and my current daily driver is a 2003 Saab 9-5 with nearly 215K miles. It had a weird electronic problem (no turn signals, no flashers, no rear wiper, no intermittent wipers, no interior lights) that required some serious diagnosis and they solved it. A couple of used parts and I was back on the road. I was thinking I'd have to give up my old pal of many years, but M&R saved me. Awesome experience with total pros.I do most of my own car repair and don't live nearby, but M&R is always there when I need them. A few years back I was on a trip to Canada when the fuel pump on this same car died. I had it towed to them and I was back on the road in about 3 hours. Service like this is SO rare these days. They work on all makes and models, but Saabs are a specialty. You cannot go wrong with M&R.”

“Mark Cobb came highly recommended by a seasoned and respected professional in the auto repair industry. My own insurance company declined to pay full damages caused by another insured driver. They used excuses ranging from betterment to after market parts and more. Mark guided me through the appraisal and umpire process, which would’ve been impossible on my own. The insurance companies know how to fight. But they didn’t win with Mark on my side. I had a deposit in my account within 24 hours of the insurance company losing their fight. I hope you don’t need him, but if you do, he won’t leave you hanging.”

“Went to Prompto this morning to get an oil change. Within 30 seconds of pulling in they had broken a bolt while removing a plate to drain the oil. They were unable to repair the broken bolt and tried to blame it on the shop that did the previous oil change. Told me that I would have to go to another garage to have the bolt repaired on my own. My truck is only a few years old and in good condition, no reason that this should have occurred. Would not recommend this business to anyone. They should take responsibility for parts that they break and shouldn't be touching parts on a customer's vehicle if they are not able to complete any repairs that may be needed. Very unprofessional.UPDATE: Got a call from the regional supervisor about this incident. He was very apologetic and agree that the situation was not handled correctly. He met me at Prompto this morning, replaced the broken bolt and completed the oil change.Service: Oil change”

“They do what they say they are going to. They aren’t the cheapest but they do top shelf work. You get what you pay for in this case. Professionals that do things properly. Grateful I have had them work on my F350. Replaced cracked heads and replaced the flex plate. Two big jobs I just wasn’t up for myself. Very happy with end result. Will def use them in the future, hopefully I won’t need to.”
