These folks were no different BUT they did suggest I drop off the car and they’d get to it in between other appointments they had throughout the day. So that’s what I did. Good service, good communication, and honest - car passed inspection without any phantom “your left side vanity bumper fluid light is out that we replaced for $30” fees tracked on. “I've brought all 3 of my vehicles to Lou's since 2014. First vehicle was a 2001 F-350 and the exhaust is still solid to this day, ten years later. Second vehicle done last year, all stainless and all perfection. Yesterday I brought my 2014 Taurus in and had both mufflers (for an inspection sticker) replaced with stainless for half of what my garage quoted me, and the best part was that I was in and out in an hour's time. Lou's exhaust on my F-350 outlasted the original exhaust on my car that was brand new in 2014. They do quality work that lasts and you will not beat their pricing.”

They did let me know about a service they provide (headlight defogging) that I definitely needed and turned out to be less expensive than I thought. “At 56 years old I've had many cars and both good and bad mechanics. Joseph and his team were great! I live in PA and bought a used truck in ME. I bought used running boards, a bed cover (both of which were wrong size). Joseph made them both work. The tailgate would not open, he fixed that but told me the lock was not working. I said don't worry, I won't need the lock. When I picked it up it was fixed. They even stayed open late on a Friday to finish all of the work. Can't recommend him enough!”
