The driver called just before arrival and arrived promptly and got my car towed to my destination quickly and proficiently. He looked professional and the truck looked fantastic. The price was very reasonable for the short tow. Really sucks my car broke down but this company got my day back on track quickly, I would definitely recommend their services.”
“I had an engine problem in Wells, Maine at the start of our vacation and we are from Quebec. I called AAA and they recommended Precision Transmission. Unfortunately, he didn't have time to repair my vehicle, but he still ran tests on the computer. I was then able to take the results to the local Nissan dealership. Really a very nice guy, I highly recommend him!”

“I moved to Maine last year and I was having trouble with my car and my boss told me to go and set up an appointment with Jay. His group of mechanics put in a starter in my Honda accord but something wasn't right, to my surprise he told me to bring it back so that they could take another look at it. The honesty of this man and business had me over the top. They had missed a small wire and fixed it. What really did it was that he admitted he was at fault. Not many auto repair shops would be like that. Now this year I brought my car back and again the honesty was right out in front. I need a wheel bearing but my car is on its last leg and Jay suggested that I do not stick any more money into it. Unfortunately I have to, I need to be able to drive it a few more months before I get a newer vehicle. It's the honesty and the work is done to my car that I would suggest 100% for anyone to go to "Hero Motors".”
“Some rust issues on my Subaru had my muffler all but falling off. I figured I'd need to drive the super loud thing over there to get a quote, but turns out with a VIN or license plate #, they were able to text me a quote over the phone, which was so amazing as I didn't have a lot of time to bring it over.I set up my appointment via text as well, and it was about 10 or so days out, but it didn't even take them half the day to finish the work, and best of all, they realized I didn't need a certain part installed so the cost ended up being significantly less than what they quoted originally. If that isn't evidence of a very honest operation, I don't know what is. Highly recommend Twin City!”

As someone who's always done all their own maintenance whenever possible, I hate turning over my keys to someone else. Bob's was great from the start with setting the initial appoinment, taking care of the job (even rewrapped and loaded my winter tires back up!) and even provided some great car talk when I came back to pick up my vehicle. I will definitely be back and definitely recommend this shop!”

You really helped my in laws out of a jam. We were visiting Kennebunkport and their truck got a flat. We limped it there based on a recommendation from a guy a nearby gas station.
They dropped what they were doing and checked to see if they repair the flat. They couldnt so they put the full size spare on all in about 15 minutes!”

“I bought a 24 Canyon Denali. Pete was awesome in sales. The F&I person was awful to deal with. Ryan in the body shop is amazing and should get a raise. At first i started to regret buying the truck after the sale because of the F&I person and defects in the paint. After all said and done (thanks to Ryan) he made it all worthwhile. I love the truck but GM needs to do better quality control in the paint department. It was almost not worth it. Overall for sales and body shop repair, i give 5 stars.”

“Just picked up my motorhome from Champion and they have done an amazing job. It looks awesome. They completed it sooner than promised and their quote was spot on. They didn't try to put in a higher quote than what the cost would be like some shops. For that matter, the insurance adjuster quote was slightly higher than their estimate. Not many shops handle large motor homes, so they could have gouged if they wanted to, but they didn't and were honest. I would highly recommend them.”
